This has been the WORST sale a sales MANAGER can make. A man by the name of Eddie, who "claims" to be a manager here at this location sold a refrigerator to my landlord. A refrigerator with no shelves, for the fridge or the ice box, no ice line, no ice bucket. After waiting TWO weeks I, myself, being the tenant had to call to see what the deal was? There only shelves. The delivery man, chris b. had called the district manager when delivering the fridge to let him know about the issue. Nothing has been done. After waiting TWO WEEKS, I, myself, being the tenant had to call to see what the deal really was I spoke to Eddie. I asked him when would the shelves be in? He told me, exactly, "I dont know maam, the could be in next week, two weeks, I honestly dont know." What kind of MANAGER is Eddie. Being told that this isnt the first sale Eddie has done this with, ID imagine he would want to keep his job as a manager and fix what is wrong. He needs to be dimoted back to a regular employee with this type of attitude and experience with such horrible sale service. COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED

We made an initial visit just to get an idea of what was available and to start pricing out appliances as we slowly replace broken and old appliances in our home. Eddie was our salesman then and very patient. Today he helped us as we purchased a washer and gas dryer for great prices. We visited competitors and found that other salespeople didnt introduce themselves much less suggest any appliances that might fit what we were looking for. Eddie took the time to find out our desires, educate us on features and service warranties and generally kept checking in with us while we were in the store. Thank you for the excellent customer service and excellent pricing!

Great deals! The Salesman Eddie was a great help and answered all my questions without hesitation. Before purchasing my washer and dryer I did some shopping around and no one came close to Appliance Smart prices. Saved about $400 on the pair!
