I was approximately 25 miles out needing roadside to replace two RETREAD TIRES. The tech. I spoke with gave me an estimate of $1000!!! He told me Id be charged for 2 hours for 25 miles travel time !!!! I dont know of ANYWHERE that it would take 2 hours to come 25 miles!!! After I asked for a breakdown of the $1000 = $199 × 2 for retreads $125.00 per hour labor..I estimate $775.00 & told him..He said Sir itll be just over $1000.00 for sure!! Fellow Drivers if you dont want to be OVER THE HILL Price Gouged then DO NOT Call these people for roadside assistance!!! After all; EVERYTHING that He uses to do His job comes off of a Truck !!!

I was quite impressed at the friendly, helpful, sensible attitude of the staff. The office fellow really knew his product, was eager to figure out what _I_ wanted, didnt push for expensive tires, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the tire choice. They even had _in_stock_ the 14" tires my old car uses. The mechanic in the bay was efficient, skilled, and helpful. And if that wasnt enough, the lug nuts were given their final torque with a and torque wrench that was used correctly! Im quite impressed!!
