ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE!! A little under a month ago my husband and I bought my son a tablet. To our surprise he cracked the screen in less than a week. That was before we had time to get insurance on it. I called cellular citi to get a quote to replace screen. I was told $75 for everything. I took the tablet in and was told they couldnt find the price I was quoted and told me it would be $130. The guy working did tell me he would try and find a cheaper price and told me he would call and let me know. When I dropped the tablet off I told them how important it was that the tablet be done before the 9th of August bc we had to have the insurance purchased by then or we couldnt get it. It was the 29th of July so he said that was plenty of time and told me it would be done in a week. I recieved a call the next day informing me that the cheapest it could be done for was $130, I told her that I would have to talk to my husband and call back the next day. She said that was fine. I talked to my husband and tried to call back the next day to give them the go ahead. I tried to call back all that day, it was a Friday. Never got anybody on the phone. Finally I got someone on the phone Saturday. I told him to go ahead and order the part and he reassured me the tablet would be ready in time. Well it wasnt. I called back on the 10th, the day after my deadline to get insurance. THE PART WASNT EVEN ORDERED YET!! They pretty much brushed the whole thing off and told me that there really isnt anything they could do about it. They gave me $20 off the bill and a free screen protector. I was still very displeased but let it go. I was told my tablet would be ready in a week. Two weeks went by and I here nothing! So I called today. The tablets ready I just didnt receive a call! They couldnt even handle a simple phone call! Feeling very upset again I asked to have the owner called me bc the GM who I was speaking to severely got on my nerves when she kept saying whats happened is unfortunate but theres really nothing we can do. I asked her if she was me if she would be upset. She said no she doesnt get upset with peoples work. I call bullshit! Either that or people take advantage of her. So I asked for owner to call and we hung up. She called back 10 minutes later and told me he said theres nothing he can do and is to busy to call me!! That infuriates me!! He should never be to busy to speak to a customer! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It was a overall horrible experience, save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE else.

Ordered a phone case and was told I would get a call when the case came in. 10 days later(friday) I call for an update. I was told the tracking says it was delivered Tuesday and the girl that was there Tuesday wasnt there and I would get a call the next day(Saturday). No call Saturday. I called Monday morning and was told they are checking on it and would call me back later that day with info. No call, so I called them 15mins before they closed and was told the manager Victor is at the post office and apparently it wasnt delivered and this happens all the time, but I would get a call tomorrow(Tuesday). I waited all day then finally went in at 6:45 to see what the problem was. I was told the same story about it not being delivered. I ask to speak to a manager, so after the 2nd time I asked for him he(CJ, chubby light skin guy with glasses) came in front. Told him what happened. He said I was talking to much and wouldnt let him talk and he didnt appreciate making him get up to come up front for $17(case was half off cause I got my phone screen fixed, $130). So its ok I make me(the customer) get up, get dressed, go to my car, drive there, get out and come in the store. I said, so this is how managers talk to people, he said, no Im the OWNER and you need to leave the store we dont want your business. I said just give me a refund, they did and I wanted a receipt, but the OWNER didnt know how and said he couldnt give a receipt(so how did I get a receipt for my purchase?

i hate it when i call a place and they are so ready to get off the phone that they are basically rude in a nice way. I called to ask about parts. She told me they dont sell parts, but that they had them for repairs. Instead of telling me about their services or asking what i needed, she just apologized for not being able to help and hung up. I wish my business was doing sooo good that i didnt have to try at all to make a sell. thanks for nothing

I brought my phone here to get my charger port replaced. They said it would be done by 6:45. I got my phone back at 7:15. Then after getting home I tried to play music on my phone speaker only to find out that the speaker no longer worked. They fixed one problem but caused another. I took it back the next business day to wait 3 hours to get my phone back fixed. Now my phone speakers work but it does not vibrate anymore. Terrible business.

Seriously phenomenal customer service! They go above and beyond so pleasantly for their customers! I shattered my iPhone screen and within 5 minutes its perfect again. I was given a 30 dollar discount And he threw in a free protective screen! I dont normally do reviews, but I just want to repay this place somehow. 10/10 would recommend!

Went in to get my 1987 Microsoft Pad™ fixed and they told me they couldnt do it, after talking to a manager he said hed get it done himself and proceeded to fire the employee that told me they couldnt fix my pad. The manager then gave me $100 and the other customers started clapping for me.

They fix it ALL! Looked around other shops to see if they work on my phone and after every shop denied servicing the device because its "too complex" Cellular Citi was able to repair my device without hesitation. For that ill always be thankful! Thank you Cellular Citi!!

I was out of town and broke my ipad, needed a local shop that could get it done that same day. Not only did they have it done in just a couple hours, but they were very friendly and it was the best price i could find. A month later my ipad looks good as new, thanks again.
