I rate below average on how the customer service handled this particular problem; I had purchased a Star Wars droid toy for my son who has a birthday party this coming Saturday. When the toy book came out, it had the droid at $20 off. The product was already wrapped, so I was hoping that I could just go into Target and get a price adjustment. Now, here comes the tricky part...I didnt keep my receipt -- as I never do with Target because I love how easy it is for them to look up receipts if you need to do a return. You just give them your card you bought it with, and they can reprint it for you... Anyway, I went in there to see if they would do the price adjustment, find the receipt from the item on my card and make the adjustment. However -- the store manager told me that in this situation, I MUST have my receipt. She went on and on about #ers needed, blah blah. So, I told her that what she was telling me that I have to do is go home, unwrap the toy, RETURN it, then, REBUY it at the cheaper price. REALLY? We have to go through this run around. She said UNFORTUNATELY, I cant keep you from doing that -- well heck no, you cant. Just too bad we couldnt make it easy on me and Target with a win - win. Lisa

Today I went into Target thinking I wanted to pr-order a I phone. I went into electronics and found out it was the last day to do so. My problem was that I was totally ill prepared. To mention a few things I do not remember numbers, no not even my own phone number, I am on a family plan in my daughters name. No, I do not know her phone number by heart. I did not know when we started this plan and therefore did not know if I was eligible for a upgrade. Well THANK YOU to Lucas McCann he got one ordered for me. It took a very long time and never once did I feel in his way. I so hope that someone from his store monitors this so that they know how very much one old lady appreciates his kindness and help!!!!

I went in to buy a controller for my PS3 and was going to pay $54 for one. As I was checking out, the guy at the counter mentioned there was an exact copy of the controller I wanted that included two games AND was 14 bucks cheaper. That, my friends, is great service!
