Buyer beware. Ive had several iPhones fixed over the years. Had a screen replaced and a new battery put in by these guys. Shipped the phone to my daughter and she noticed immediately the volume buttons didnt work. Soon after the screen popped out and developed lines across the display. In fairness to the store it was over 30 days and I didnt have my receipt when I took it back. They would not look up my receipt. They stated they could only look up the invoice number on the receipt. I dont know, seems like they may need to get a new computer system OR more than likely this is just another part of their ploy to avoid responsibility for the poor work they do. They did pop the screen back in, but refused to address the other issues. This was a workmanship issue, not defective parts. I could understand a "made in China" touch screen going bad after 30 days. Nature of the product. Honestly, I would not have taken the extra effort to bring it back to these guys if it were a part defect. I DO NOT understand not standing by the quality of your repair services. Good talk on the front end to get the business. VERY shady on the back end if you have a problem. It was like turning off the light switch how quickly they went into "not my problem" mode when I mentioned it appeared the phone was not reassembled correctly. I wouldnt risk getting a repair done here if you are looking for some semblance of support after handing them your hard earned money. (Read other reviews) In reality this business appears to be two young guys repairing phones in a low rent area of town relying on volume versus quality industry standard business practices. It looks as though they are preying on people that really dont have a choice on where they can get their phones fixed and then dont have the ability of remediation when a problem occurs. I do have a choice where to take my business. I was just trying to support a local small business. My advise, pay a little more and go somewhere with some integrity. Lesson learned. I am extending an open offer to amend my review if they will stand by their work and fix the problem they caused on my iPhone. Im sure their computer system is capable of looking up my name and number when it could work in their favor. Well see........

I cracked my cell phone screen and needed a quick turn around. After calling places to figure out what would be the best deal, i proceeded to go to cell phone repairs. After giving them my phone, i got a call in about 30 minutes that it was ready for pick up. I spent 120 dollars to get it fixed, but little did i know it would crack 2 weeks later due to improper installation. I went to work, 5 hours later i clocked off only to realize that my phone screen was cracked right across the middle. The crack was because the screen was put on to tightly, and i went to try to get them to fix it and they were very rude and just brushed me aside and said that they couldnt help me, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY! Never again will i go back, and i will never refer this place to anyone. I have never been so angry that i spend 120 dollars, and had my receipt with the warranty in my hand. NOBODY GO TO THIS PLACE!!

Ive shopped at Cell Phone Repair a lot since being stationed at Ft Campbell. Even though the prices are higher then Craigslist, I go here because I dont have to deal with meeting a stranger off the web. I had a Samsung Note 4 that I brought in 2 weeks earlier for a trade quote he told me $254 since I wanted a iPhone 6 Plus for my husband. I decided to wait because the once in stock was $656 & my husband doesnt use a lot of gigs. Today I go into the store and they had a iPhone 6 Plus for $452. The lazy guy in the back who doesnt ever get up and makes the poor other guy do all the work quotes me $132! Mind you this phone has sat in my drawer cause my husband uses his note 5 and I use my iPhone 6. This place is ridiculous and has changed over the years. Their only concern is making a quick buck over desperate people who dont know any better, thank goodness Im not one and will take my business to Nashville :)

This place is a rip off!!!!! They broke my IPhone and then said it was MY fault. I ended up paying for two screens and the screen just came up again after two months. DO NOT take your phone here! And if you have an apple product, these guys working on your cell phone will completely void your apple warranty, which they neglect to tell you. Apple will NEVER fix your phone after an unauthorized repair center touches it. They ruined my $500 phone and made excuses not to make it right. Im out 500 bucks for a new phone and 250 in screens that they never got right. Go here and you will lose money as well!!!

This is the 3rd time my husband Galaxy S5 has messed up! We bought the phone from them in august and not even the same day the phone had a weird glitch to it and they agreed to fix it. Then a week later the screen went completely black, again they agreed to fix it. Now again not even 2 months later the phone messed up again with the screen going black and unable to use. They refused me the 2nd time to exchange it for another phone. Im so pissed because I paid nearly $300 for a phone mess up on my husband. Do not buy any of their phones unless you like to just throw your money away.

A little bit goes a long way. I stopped into Cell Phone Repairs to see if they had a faceplate w/antenna for a Blackberry Curve. Not only did they have it. He gave it to me for free. As a business owner in the same field of expertise, I know that great customer service is king. Not only do appreciate the great service that i was provided, I do not hesitate to send MY OWN customers to them when they need services provided that I dont. that right there should speak volumes about the professional and courteous service that they provide.

The only good thing about this place WAS the ONE guy that was working the wilma Rudolph store, he had the best attitude. But he quit, sathere for 1.5 hours because they werent open after we were told to be here today and they would be ready phones werent even ready $400!!!!! For this run around. .. i will NEVER NEVER NEVER come back to.this place its nothing but a huge joke And Ive had to bring the phone back 3 or more times to get it fixed and now I have to wait to pick it up considering I live 40 minutes away this is BS!!!!!!!

They gave excellent service. My friends have brought there games systems to them and have had no problems, fixed once and they were well on their way. I bring my phones there all the time, The service is great they take care of you and quality is great. I have been coming here for years and have yet to complain about the service or turnaround time. If you want the best service in town along with the best rates then I suggest these guys. Si Hablo Espanol!
