THEY MESSED UP AND I LOVED IT!!! I make mistakes, you make mistakes, we ALL make mistakes. My wife is a nurse so she relies on her watch to give medications, take a pulse and much more. I took it in for the lifetime battery replacement. Returned it to my wife who then, like she always does, showered with it on. After she got out, we realized moisture in the watch. The employee who did the battery install hadnt screwed the back plate on tight enough. He was new and didnt want to over tighten it. Learning curve, no big deal. After contacting their customer service line I was then in direct contact with the general manager Jeff who took full ownership of the human error. Batteries Plus then had my wifes watch sent to a local repair shop, COMPLETELY fixing the issue all on their dime! Character should not be judged by our mistakes but rather how we make things right after the fact. Batteries Plus took ownership and for that their character is top notch! Thank you! So long as your doors are open and Im in need of a product or service you offer; Ill be stopping by! -Michael Lease -

Ordered the battery as described on-line for my Galaxy S3 phone. Got an immediate response that it was ready for pick up. Headed to the store and while they still had to get it off the rack for me, it only took a few seconds. The clerk offered to put it in for me assuring me it would have enough power to go for awhile. Ironically, their on-line and inventory records showed the wrong battery for that phone. So he quickly switched it out for the right one and, I assume, corrected their in-house records. Was glad I let him put it in or I would have gotten all the way home with the wrong battery. As it is, Im a happy camper.

the customer service rep was horrible when my husband and I went into the store. We went in on Friday Dec 9th. I truly cant recall the specific timeframe but I do know it was between 5 n 7ish. He didnt make any effort to communicate well with us. We ordered our batteries online for our Android S5s, and I ordered Duracell. He brought something completely different to the register, my husband asked him if he needed to see the receipt, he said no, so how would he even know what we ordered? or if we ordered without looking at the receipt. Very poor customer service.

I was in need of phone-screen repair on a Sunday when everyone else in town was closed. The two guys working were very helpful, knowledgeable and honest with me. They also fixed the phone that afternoon and called me back to tell me it was ready (when I was assuming Id pick it up Monday morning because they had a big workload). Sure Id be glad to support a local phone repair business but Batteries Plus came through beyond my expectations.

Order a battery on line. Went to store to pick up and have installed. Worked with Kirk. When he brought out the battery I could see that it was different from the old one. Kirk went to my car, looked at the battery and he found the same one that was cheaper then the one I ordered. He was very professional and installed the battery quickly. This was the second time I worked with Kirk. Have always had great service at East Washington store.

Went in to have the battery replaced on my watch. From the outside I was not sure about getting my Fossil watch fixed there as the outward appearance leaves some to be desired; however, the entire process was done in less than 5 minutes, the water resistance is still in place, and the whole thing only cost 10$! Well worth taking my business here.

I ordered online and picked up in store to get the 10% discount. I was browsing the store while they retrieved the battery from the shelf for me. The staff was friendly, but gave me the wrong item (8 Ah instead of 9). Fortunately I noticed on the way out to my car and came back in for the correct one, which they quickly resolved.

I went to Batteries Plus to have the glass replaced on my iphone. The LCD screen worked fine and they verified this when I brought in the phone. Since they completed the repair, the LCD screen has developed bright spots and doesnt light up evenly. Ive had similar repairs performed by others in the past and never had this problem.

Standoffish and wouldnt lend me a screwdriver to check the type of battery in my key fob due to "liability concerns". I plan on buying from amazon next time I need a battery, theyre usually 50-80% cheaper!
