Great experience. Went here to get the folio case (or the ZTE Grand X 3) which a nearby cricket store did not have. The other store didnt have the X 4 in stock either, and Im somewhat regretting settling for X 3; should have got the LG power, idol 3, Samsung amp prime, or X4 but the other store had a textbook bait and switch with the pricing, and had little knowledge of the phones. The employees at this store were very nice and helpful, and included a headphone/beanie and battery pack for free with the case (which helps the sting of the low quality/high price of the case)
