Visited the store with a friend while he made a purchase. Now, I am not a Verizon "fan" and we debate the different telecom companies on a regular basis, but I have to say that as far as the in-store experience and the personal one-on-one focus provided by the customer care person I left with a positive impression of this location. He took time to walk through some questions on items we were just previewing after hed made a purchase with no hard sells pitching (I hate that) and he gave us a demo of the item while laying all key specs of comparative products that they carried. Nice job and genuine interest in his customers needs at the time.

I have been a customer of Verizons for years in California, but never before have I been given service like this before. While I was visiting my niece, I would have many problems with my phone and we would occasionally visit this store for my phone problems. Travis was always a great help to me. He would always greet us with a welcoming smile and is very humorous towards us. He would always get his job done for me. He exceptionally knows everything about this job and I have never been this pleased with this kind of service ever. Out of all other Verizon Wireless stores, I recommend this place and Travis if you have any problems :)

My favorite location. Shawn helped me out with a very complicated account situation and went the extra mile & beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Ive worked in all types of retail environments for years now and Ive never seen customer service that extensive. Not even from myself, I admit. Highly recommend this location and employee.

I think I liked the previous people who worked here more than the people here now. First off they dont really help anyone all that much, but look around or try not to resolve the issue. The only way they ressolve it is by saying,"call customer service." I mean they help in some ways, but not enough help.
