The girls in this store are a nightmare. They could not be less enthused about helping a customer. I went in with a broken phone and no plan and the girl made no effort to sell me. My boyfriend ordered a new phone and they said it would be in by a certain date. When he went in to pick it up on that date they acted like he was crazy to have come and told him to wait for them to call. While there, we asked about things missing from his cloud. The girl responded with "yeah the cloud is weird I dont know" super helpful! They NEVER called to say his phone was in. My boyfriend only knew because he began tracking it. Then my boyfriend was caught off guard with having a balance to pay on the new phone because they never explained that. We are never going back to this store. And I signed with Sprint in Yorkville and they were wonderful and happy to help.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Went here twice for the exact same issue I had with my phone a year ago. I knew what the problem was and the last time at the aurora location it was fixed in 10 min. The first time at this location the blonde was extremely rude and very unhelpful, she made it perfectly clear that I was interupting her day and I ended up leaving. The second time there a different woman was just as bad trying to update and find system errors after telling me that tech would just send me a new one, was there 45 min before I left and decided to just go to a different location.

Terrible selection of phones most of the time. But most of all, the reps in this store lie to you in order to sell you. I was told they didnt have a certain model phone in stock because no one wants that phone (128 GB Google Pixel XL). They just dont have the phones in stock because they are a Auth retailer and not a Corporate store. I asked a simple question about a phone and after being told the feature didnt exist on the phone, I took 30 sec to look and then educated the sales rep on how the phone works. Pretty lame!

First thing krissy is the best! I needed a lot of help backing up my old iPhone and transferring everything to the new iPhone and it was a pain but she stayed late on a Friday night to fix everything for me, anyone else would have said "come back tomorrow were closed"! She was so easy going and funny and it made the 4 hour project enjoyable! Shes very smart and dedicated to customers and knows her stuff. Thanks again, I wouldnt know what to do without your expertise! Ill definitely be a return customer! A++!

Horrible experience no knowledge of the phones they sell first ...the girl was rude at first like we were inturrpting her breakfast or lunch then had no clue what she was doin or how to handle the situation of a common defect in the galaxy s5 that was covered under inscurance and it was the second time it happened within a year and replaced easly the first time a corporate store..verizon you need to part ways with them will never go back there

While I somewhat understood the wait for help (1 hour) since there were only 3 people working, Ive never experienced such a collective group of employees that responded to customers with a lackluster attitude and then disdain when asked questions. I will never go to this location again. Hands down the worst customer service Ive ever experienced anywhere. Id give it zero stars if I could.

I just got home from this Verizon store, and as usual, the service was stellar. My husband and I have bought 5 or 6 devices here, and we keep coming back because they are knowledgeable and professional and patient in answering our questions. Im not sure how this store got some bad reviews - in at least half a dozen visits, weve never had a bad experience.

WOW... The other reviews on here that state this place has POOR customer service are 100% accurate. This store has horrible customer service. I suggest you go somewhere else! He actually gave me crap for not getting my phone from his store. Verizon corporate needs to take a close look at this store and either straighten them out or close them down.

Awful misrepresentation of information. Was told that adding a line for my son would only be a $10 increase. Now getting billed $20 a month over. Then did an early upgrade. Again, told bill would only go up $8-9. Went up $28! Will not go back to this store again! Stay away! They will tell you anything to get paid! Go to North Aurora instead!

Krissy is the best Verizon employee ever!!! Ive been to many Verizon stores and I have never been in and out. Krissy was the fastest and friendliest, just all around top notch employee. I wish I had her at my local store in Texas.
