Numerous problems with at&t supplied phone. Had to have it replaced 3 times. Manager of store and Drew were of no help except to blame me for picking a cheap phone. (You know its all my fault). I suggested upgrading to a better phone and pay the difference but they would not help me with that either. Drew did not even want to make a phone call to at&t for us to help us resolve the problem. He was disconnected also as we are all the time. Just a little help by the manager or drew would of been really nice but as usual NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PROBLEM. Both Drew and the manager let us walk out of the store with a broken phone and no help. Nice way to treat your long time customers. They told us to drive to Schaumburg and get a replacement phone for the third time. REALLY!!!!Thanks for nothing AT&T. REALLY NICE.

This the worst customer service I have i ever had in a long time I go in the thinking to change services. Ending up loosing my number of 8 years do to the inexperience so called friendly expert trying to merge my number . Chris blonski had no clue what to do after loosing my number he tells me to go back to my service provider he can not do anything .after my phone not Working Called customer service then they telling I have to pay a small fee to release my number . I will never go back there at and think twice before you come to this at&t store beware of the inexperience people.

Every time I come to this store I always walk out feeling stupid. Not because I am, but because the staff consistently makes me feel this way. Ive had multiple employees act annoyed to be answering my questions, almost talking down to me because Im not super tech-savvy. Just because its a simple thing to you doesnt mean it was to me. Maybe a training seminar on common courtesy would benefit the staff of this store.

Ive always been treated well and received great service here. Ive had some pretty terrible experiences at other AT&T stores and this has become my go-to store so I dont end up frustrated or waste my time. Im not sure why all these people are complaining and usually I wont comment on these things but this is entirely a wrong portrayal of this store.
