This place is my go to when something is wrong with my phone. I went in today(7/29/15) because my phone was not charging. Initially I was help by Mario who tried to see if it was my phone or the battery. Then John came and help Mairo at the end all the gentlemen were working on my phone to get the problem solved. John and Chris were working on my phone while Mario and Angelo made sure I was doing ok while my phone was being checked. I would ask John questions about my phone and he would answer every question with a smile on his face. He was deffinitly really helpful and very kind I enjoyed my time their. I did not mind the wait because the gentlemen were really fun to talk to. I recomend this store for all your needs. John is very helpful and I would go in and see him for any phone support I need!

Had a great experience at this location. Was planning for a while to switch from T-Mobile but didnt know if I was making the right decision until I walked into this store. They all were so welcoming and awesome to hang out with while we did business. Megan was the main one helping me and she was great, answered every random question I had and was so nice. Half way through she realized they only had gold color left but luckily because I called earlier the nice gentleman put the s7 black aside for me and he definitely saved the day by doing that. Wish I got his name because he also definitely made the experience also. Definitely glad I switched to Sprint and got to deal with such nice, funny, helpful staff.

This place was great! My phone crashed while doing an update and they stayed an extra hour late just to fix my phone. John who I believe was the manager even came back to work after already punching out just to help me. Chris, another employee, Kept me calm as I was waiting to see if my phone was dead or not. I recommend buying your phone from these guys because their customer service was impeccable. 100% satisfied! They saved me!

Terrible service provided by unprofessional staff. Run like a frat house not a business. Had to reorder an iPhone because current one failed. Took over a month to arrive. When it did we never even received a phone call from the store to notify us it was in. After three days they shipped the phone back because we didnt call. What is that? Staff are clueless about the meaning of service. Dont go here!!!!!

Dean J Kranig at the Algonquin Illinois location was the only Rep that helped me through all the craziness Ive been through with my services being disconnected for Ausrion not giving me credit for a phone I sent to them two weeks ago. He waited and called with me to make sure I got a hold of someone. These are the type of people we need working in Customer service. Thanks Dean!!!!!

Went into store few days ago with my wife. These guys are great!! The manager John went out of his way to go pick up the phones we wanted at another location!! thats customer service! While we waited Geoff kept us company and had us cracking up the whole time. Never had an experience like this at a phone company. Great job.

Terrible. Made a repair appointment ion their website. Arrived at 10am when they were supposed to open. Three of us stood there on the sidewalk for 10 minutes until some guy finally opens the door and says nothing. I tell him Ihave a repair appointment to which he says we dont do repairs . Bang up job.

I agree, it is run like a frat house, they guys that work there are very unprofessional. Three of us waited over half an hour while 1 employee took care of a customer, while there was at least one other employee in the back. I will travel farther to avoid going back to this Sprint store!!

I only go here when i have exhausted ALL other options. I have a formal complaint into corporate about the store manager and there is only one employee there that is any help at all. All others have not been trained and only know how to upsell. I would give it a zero if i could!

Been going to this store for service for a long time , they are always very helpful and friendly.Recently John , the store manager stayed after closing to reset my old phone as my current LG G4 crashed. He ordered me a replacement phone and got me hooked back up on my old phone.

I had an issue with a phone charger and instead of giving me a hard time about replacing it, they helped me out with no extra charge or hassle. I was in and out of there WITH a new charger. Ive also had great service on my previous visits so now complaints here!

If you want more people to switch, try staffing this store with more people. Waited an hour and 30 minutes with only two people in front of me. This is outrageous. Staff made no apparent effort to work quicker. Line almost out the door.

Dingiest little sprint store Ive ever seen! They have maybe 6 models of phone to choose from. I went in to upgrade my phone, received no assistance in choosing. Was "helped" by Dean. I will be switching to Verizon as soon as I can!

I went into sprint in Algonquin today, everyone was so happy and nice. The store manager, John helped us out and he was really cool and super friendly. He answered all of our questions. Were definitely coming here again. :)
