This place is terrible in every way. Went in there to get a phone for me and my family. Was not told about having to pay for the phones in full if you cancel service. TMobile customer care somewhat resolved an issue I had with them but I had to go to the store I received my phones from to have the issue "officially" resolved. Not only did the store associates have no clue about TMobiles policies, products, and procedures, but they flat-out refused to help me even after they spoke with customer service. The staff here is rude, dismissive, and completely uneducated about their products and services. By the way "no contract and early termination fees" is a bold face lie. You receive those fees from other companies because you get a discounted phone for signing a contract. The early termination fee is you paying for the remainder of the phone you own and are currently no longer subsidizing with monthly payments. Tmobile does the EXACT SAME THING!!! Just because they call it something different doesnt mean it isnt the same thing. Their "hip" commercials aimed at susceptible youth are a disgrace. I cant even imagine how many young people have T-Mobile as their first blemish on their credit reports.

When you get 3 Different stories from 3 different levels of T-Mobile you hope when you go in and talk to someone in person that things will get straightened out. Not only did that not happen but the manager and assistant manager werent even on the same page about T-Mobiles policies or how they handle replacement phones. Their attitudes come off through their body language and they dont care. 5 people doing nothing in the middle of a work day except pretending to propose to each other, taking pictures of it, and watching the store manager shoving and horseplaying. (Floor to ceiling windows people...duh) Maybe some customer service training should be going on instead. Drive to another store, they dont care and have no empathy or desire to help you understand anything. Makes me want to ditch T-Mobile altogether.

The very bored person behind the counter looked at my phone and said the jack was broken and there was no way to download my pictures to my laptop. And didnt offer any alternatives, just handed the phone back. He put the phone cover on backwards so my camera didnt work either and acted like it was my fault.... Ive been there before and they also had the same crapie attitude.Go somewhere else, this place sucks....

Worst T-mobile store ever!!! The associates are rude and very unhelpful. Ill never go there again. Its not a corporate store, so there is a lot they cant do, or just wont do. Two big thumbs down!!

The manager at this location is unprofessional, rude and unwilling to help. He told me to go to wal mart Instead of looking into the problem...I will not recommend this store to anyone.
