Useless. If you need help they just tell you to call customer service. Then you spend time on hold to be connected to an India call center where the language barrier is unreal. Once you frustratingly get through you soon realize that the changes requested did not go through and you get stuck with an extra $120 bill. When you call to dispute it they tell you how sorry they are and they understand but then they tell you there is nothing they can do. Absolutely useless.

Worst service, slacked to attend people, they eventually left. & i had to come back numerous times just for a phone thats was suppose to be to be overnight then my phone was stolen from he back inventory of the store
