Probably the nicest people I have ever met. I previously has Sprint which where I live in Michigan has no signal so I am always roaming. I told my mom that I was switching to AT@T because its the best service up North. So my mom wanted to join me in AT@T. So I waited till I went home to go to a AT@T store with my mom. They were the nicest people ever, explaining everything in detail and answering all our questions about the new service and bill. We even discovered my mom being a teacher got a discount off our monthly service bill which ended up being the same price as sprint. We had a man named Marc, who was so nice and helped us out with everything every step of the way. Yes we were there for a couple hours, mainly because we had to switch over our numbers, back-up our phones from Iphone 6s to Iphone 7, which did take a while. But in the long run, I would come back to this store time and time again. Also one thing I found as being a great company focused on customer service is that they really helped out those who only spoke Spanish. Even though I only speak English, those who came in while we were completing our Iphone backups, that only spoke spanish, the store had employees who also spoke Spanish to help those customers. AT@T really cares about their customers.

The worst possible experience Ive ever had at a phone store. They had me waiting over an hour to activate my phone I had purchased online with pick up in store as the shipping selection, and the guy who was helping me did not process it correctly so I was never charged for the phone, 2 weeks later they call me and I come in to pay for it, and it takes them over 2 hours to process it and get everything squared away and all they give me is 25 dollars off my bill..... 25 dollars.... I get paid more than that per hour and they wasted 3 hours of my life because of their incompetence. I recommend NO ONE EVER come to this store. If you have to drive 30 or 45 minutes out of your way to go to another store location, do it. Dont believe the positive reviews, they were all most likely made by employees.

I met a super nice sales named Jessica. As a foreigner who just came to US and was trying to settle down, I was told by a sales guy in the phone that without credit (of course I wont have that) or SSN (still applying) I cant install internet, or I should pay around 650 dollars deposit which is not refundable at all! I was so pissed by his attitude and had a really bad impression on AT&T until I met this nice lady in this store. She helped me out with a very good solution and try to find what is best for me. Eventually I got this done. I really appreciate her help.

I went to this location to upgrade my phone and wait time was 30 minutes. I waited outside and apparently 5 minutes was all it took to call my name. Walked back when I noticed my name was gone off the board. They told me my name was called and that if it was that important I shouldve made an appointment. Id rather go to a third party retailer and be treated like a person instead of just a number.

Been coming to this AT&T branch for over 10 years and extremely satisfied with the service I get. The sales reps are very knowledgeable about their products and services. Jordan have helped us a few times and recommends the best plan that works for us. He goes out of his way to help, knows his products and is happy with what he does. Jordan is an asset and represents AT &T at its finest!

Ive been going to this store for years. The service is excellent, but the wait times are brutal. 30-60 minutes most of the time. Make an appointment. The parking lot is also too small for the store.
