I dropped my phone 6s plus in some water and of course the phone stopped working. Panicked, I found this place on google and gave them a call. The technician told me that he can take a look at it to see if there was anything he can even do since liquid damage is irreversible. I went in and the tech cleaned up my phone. The phone turned on but that was it, the screen wasnt even working. At this point the tech was very honest with me and told me there is no point for him to fix my phone further since the part is so expensive. Instead I should go through my insurance. So for the mean time he installed a temporary screen so I could back up my phone then go through my insurance for a replacement. I sincerely appreciate this mans honesty. He really was looking out for the customers best interest and not his - which wouldve been telling me to put on that expensive screen. Highly recommend this place to all.

Fixed my iPhone 5s. Screen was lifting from my phone on the one side. I could see light shining from the right side. I tried to lightly push the screen to see if it would click back in or go back down and caused the corner to spider. They are open until 6pm. The next day after work, I called to see what could be done. Only solution was to pay for a new screen because its cracked. "I should have called when it happened" but wouldnt understand they werent open when it happened. If it wasnt cracked, they would have fixed it. I didnt drop it so I feel either the screen was faulty or it was installed incorrectly. Wont get my business again. Waste of money. They dont stand by their work. If I dropped it thats one thing but I didnt so why should I have to pay again?

I dropped my iphone in water and half of the screen would no longer respond to touch. I called this place and they were upfront about the costs and the possibility the phone couldnt be fixed since water damage in unpredictable. I arrived and they cleaned the inside of the phone and replaced the screen in less than 30min. The cost was actually less than what they quoted and the gentleman couldnt have been nicer. Answers, honesty, quick repair and very competitive rates. Couldnt be happier! Dont waste your time going anywhere else. Everyone else I spoke to said they would need to keep my phone for 2-3 days.

I went in because my phone got soaked. Price for cleaning it and drying it was very reasonable with the promise that if any repairs were needed if the repairs were more then the cost of cleaning that was all that would be charged. Turned out it needed a piece repaired, but after swapping it they tried my original piece one last time and everything worked. Only paid the cleaning fee and they went above and beyond to save me the additional cost of the repair when they could have charged me more for it. Will be returning with any future problems with my cell phone for sure. This is the place to go.

I recently purchased an iPhone 6s and some how the charging port broke. I did have insurance on the phone however my deductible was over $200 and I was going to get a refurbished phone! How bogus is that. I decided to take care of this on my own and googled this place. Gave them a call and the technician asked if I can stop by. I did and in no time my phone was fixed and it was reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to bypass this corporate bullshit. Fast friendly service that you can count on.

My Samsung phone just shut off and would not turn back on. I was thinking they only last couple years. I was gonna get a new phone but Verizon store told me information cant be transferred to new phone since my phone has no power. I almost cried when I heard that then Mark at the Verizon store told me to try Illinois cell phone repair so I did. Im glad I came here, not only they fixed my phone my information was still in it. I know where to go from now. Nice and friendly people and Im a very happy customer.

I dropped my LG phone and it completely shattered. I called AT&T to see what my options were because I have insurance; however, all the options were expensive. I didnt understand the point of having insurance then.. I found il cell phone repair and called them. The tech gave me an affordable option and I went in and had it repaired in no time. My phone works and looks great. I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend these people they know what they are doing. I will be a customer of theirs for a long time.

This place is awesome. My nightmare started when I dropped and broke my Samsung note5. I could claim it with the insurance company but then I had to wait more then 4 days, plus I lose all my information in the phone. So I called these guys since I have used them before. Im glad I called sure enough they had the part in stock. One hour later I was back in business. If you have a broken phone or a tablet. This is the place you need to go!

This guy wants to charge 345$ to replace glass screen on my Droid and said to replace the phone without a new contract would cost me 500$ so hes saving me $. What a joke, the glass cost 46$ on Ebay so he wants 300$ to put it in? Screw off buddy! I suggest anyone looking for phone repair, dont use this guy, he will rip you off if you give him a chance

Excellent customer service. My iPhone 5s screen cracked and separated it from top, no apparent cause. They didnt just replace the screen showed me the cause the old battery expanded pushing the screen from inside. They were able to replace the battery and screen. Phone works like new again. Completely satisfied customer.

I Dropped my iPhone6, and the glass absolutely spider-webbed. I was pretty bummed out from this. I saw this store , and was thinking I had to leave my phone there overnight I went for lunch, came back and it the repair was complete on my iPhone 6 . This place is Fast and dependable. I. Great service at this location. Fast, in and out in 25 minutes with everything i needed. The phone worked great and looked better than it did before I took it in besides just the broken screen. Great service. Dale was able to fix my phone in about 10 minutes and it was very affordable.i was extremely happy he was able to retrieve all my photos. I was really worried if I took it somewhere else they would erase my photos because they were not backed up on iCloud. I really recommend you come here.
