They were very helpful in my upgrade to a new phone. I was contemplating on if I should get the Iphone 6 or the Note 4 but actually walked out with 2 LG G4s!! There was a towering 611 (est) name Jake and his manager who were just so helpful and was very patient with me. They explained everything in great details. I would write more but it will turn out to be novel and probably sound like a stalker! All in short, Better Service, Better Phones, Fox Lake Sprint!

The store was busy when I walked in w/ not 1 but 2 phone "issues" yet all 3 employees at least looked up & smiled. The assistant manager immediately came over to assist us. All of my issues were handled in a timely manner although there was a PROBLEM customer in the store at the time. Did I mention it was 15 minutes after they should have been closed? GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!

I am walking out of this store with a HUGE smile on my face! In all of my 15years of having a cell phone , this was by far the BEST customer service experience Ive had at a retail location! Katie, Marina, and Jake did an AMAZING job helping me with my cellular problems. I couldnt ask for a better experience . Thank you Bill (store manager), your team is doing a FANTASTIC job!

I was in a couple weeks ago to switch phones with my dad and it was a pretty lengthy process but the staff there was amazing which made time go by pretty fast! The manager was super nice and helpful as well. I had to return a case without the box and they made it not a problem at all. Definitely going back to this store whenever I need to go to a sprint store!

i want to let u know of the excellent service I receive at the Fox Lake Sprint store. i have been to many Sprint stores and have had unsatisfactory service. I am a senoir citizen., as u know most of us fear cell phones but LIAM BUHRMESTER has been so very patient and helpful.people like Liam will help Sprint get a lot more seniors enroll

The customer service was excellent and everything was explained very well. I got helped by jake and he was a funny and very helpful person all at the same time. This is the best sprint store that I have stopped by and didnt get annoyed while trying to explain my situation. They actually listened to me and helped me. Great sprint store

Great experience! The staff members Bill, Katie, and Marina were kind and friendly. Also very knowledgeable, answered all questions I had clearly and made the visit easy and enjoyable. Awesome staff!! I must say they all worked great together and even when it got really busy they had all the customers involved and having fun. I didnt mind waiting a few minutes!! They got me a new smarthpogne and a free tablet that Im moving! Recommend this over any other sprint store

Very helpful staff everytime I am in the store whether for an upgrade or inquirying about an issue. Aaris helped my mom get the LG G4 set up. She helped my mom when she had questions about cases and other accessories. My mom got the otter box defender which she help set up. Thanks!
