Most knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered with my 20 years at Verizon. Jason took care of 5 problems/questions with ease and even stayed 1 hour past closing time. I will forever be loyal to this TCC (Verizon) because I dont feel like a number, I feel like a valued customer. I suggest anyone coming over to the best carrier (Verizon) with unlimited data come to this location. You will not be disappointed and always have a go-to person at this location.

Said they needed to set up an account for me to buy a car charger. Repeatedly told them the address on my ID was wrong and they didnt care. Then told me they would email me the receipt without ever asking for an email address.. obviously never got a receipt so the warranty on the charger isnt happening.

Sales reps are genuinely nice and take the time to thoroughly go the details of plans and explain what the bill will look like monthly. Customer service is second to none Plus you cant beat Verizons service.
