I was in Lake in the Hills visiting for a week. On Thursday (6-11), I was set to travel back to Kentucky and I was having trouble getting the blue tooth to connect from my phone to my car. After giving up trying to do it myself, I just decided that I would have to do without and started on my way down Algonquin Rd. I happen to spot this store in the corner of my eye and decided to stop and tell my dilemma and see if they could help. I dont even have Verizon service and Ben went out of his way to try and help as best he could, he even came out and sat in my car to try and figure out the problem. It turned out that it was something simple that I hadnt realized had caused the problem. After Ben got the connection, he "high-fived" me and sent me on my way feeling better that I would be driving around the Chicago area in the rain by myself with things working the way they should. Ben is awesome and the guy I talked to on the phone today (6-12) was really nice and helpful too, trying to get me to this page to leave a review.

Ed Garcia of Verizon Wireless in Algonquin is legendary in customer service. I lost my iPhone in a cab, and I also needed to purchase a tablet. Losing one’s phone is stressful; it feels like losing a car. Ed advised me on the best, most economical action to take, plus he took care of everything, from filing a claim to transaction to preparing my rebate paperwork for the new tablet, then setting up equipment once my phone arrived. If that wasn’t time consuming enough, Ed spent even more time troubleshooting and familiarizing me with my new tablet as well. He saved me ours of work. I am happy to promote Ed’s services at Verizon. I recommend the Verizon store on Algonquin Road in general as I had positive experience will all of its staff with whom I came in contact. Ed’s effort toward customer service was a breath of fresh air, and his knowledge of technology was a life (and time) saver.

Notice to all Verizon customers, use this store to get the VIP treatment but at a discounted price. Been in this store 3 times in the past year to upgrade various phones and received also an tablet $0 in appreciation for being a Verizon customer for 13+years. What store does that? They are extremely courteous, passionate, and knowledgeable. They get it--they work for the customer, making you feel like your a VIP. One of our newer phones landed in pool. Talked with Ben several time and then visited the store to replace the damaged phone. First option was too costly ($500). But Ben took the time to research other options. Ben magically replaced the phone for $50. Ben, Ed, Jason are patient, taking time to make you understand all options and answer any questions. Thanks, Ben!!!

The service, willingness to help, and the technical know-how was amazing! There was a lot of complexity transferring my number from an account I was not primary to a my new companys account. My companys wireless department told me what I was trying to do was not possible and had some convoluted work-around. When I explained this to the Algonquin store manager, he had the problem solved and had me on my way in 15 minutes. I dont know the details of an issue another customer was having, but, she was extremely pleased the other store manager was able to figure out a technical problem that Verizons support couldnt solve.

I came to this store with a few questions in regards to my Moto X phone randomly restarting. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jason Chaikin, the store manager. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable in his field of expertise and there wasnt a single question that he couldnt answer in depth. I also learned quite a bit from him as well. Whenever we ran into a possible road block with what I was trying to do, he was able to help me through the situation with a clear solution. ***Greatest rep I have ever talked to from any cellular carrier***. I recommend this store 100%, especially if you speak with Jason.

We came in looking to gather information about adding new lines to an existing account and walked out incredibly impressed with the excellent customer service we received, a reasonably-priced plan, and 3 new phones. From the explanation of plan options, to understanding our needs and matching that with the appropriate phones, to the fun playlist in the background, this was the first time I actually enjoyed shopping for new phones. Ben & Jason were very knowledgable, friendly, and personable. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Im very glad to have visited this Verizon Wireless store. The three people that we interacted with (Jason, Ben, and Mr Lee) were all very helpful, and took the time to explain all the different options available to us. We were changing phones and plans, so the time to get everything right was greatly appreciated. They also emphasized that if we had any questions afterward, they were interested in helping us in any way. This is a relatively new store: we received very good service, and recommend them to others.

The staff at THIS STORE is amazing. I would highly recommend using this location. The staff is absolutely friendly, professional, and most importantly KNOWLEDGABLE! I have used a corporate store in the past thinking that they could provide more services, I have Come to find that this is absolutely not true. This store has more to offer in the way of customer service and personal relationships. This will definitely be MY store from now on. Great job guys!!!!

Do not go here. If you buy a new phone they will tell you that insurance is required. It is not!!!! They scammed my mother-in-law today. 3/20/17. I called Verizon and they immediately removed the insurance. They also convinced her to buy a $60 screen protector and $40 case. She has never dropped her phone doesnt use it very often. They obviously just want to make as much money as they can off of people that dont know any better.

Great experience when I came in. The guys were really cool and answered every question I had. I came in about 45 minutes before they were supposed to close and they stayed after closing time to help. The reason it took so long was not any of the workers fault they were having a problem with customer service on cooperates end. I would go here over any other Verizon store in the area.

Best cellphone purchasing experience, I have ever had. Usually, it is such a hassle, and takes so long. Their staff is unbelievably, helpful and nice. They were also very generous, when it comes to overall pricing. You can tell this store is very well managed and run accordingly. I would recommend this particular, VZ store to everyone.

Ben is FANTASTIC!!!! Ive been going to this Verizon store for two years now, and I would NOT recommend any place else. Ben knows the ins and outs of the programs and helps make the process easier. He downloaded a couple of apps to save my pictures and one to contact the store directly. I love this place!!! Thanks Ben :)

Hello all, I went into Verizon Wireless and not only did they help me understand theyre plans they also helped me understand my new Blackberry. They have a great team over there. And i will continue to come back to that location everytime i need a new phone. Great people, Great Service and Great Customer Service.
