Hello, On Feb 24, 2016 my family and myself went into this AT&T store to get set up with a family plan. At that time there was an offer of buy two IPhone6 get 2 free. There was also a switch and received up to $650.00 towards old provider offer going on which i accepted. Ryan was the team member who assisted us that day. He promised me id receive $650.00 even after using my trade in amount at the store (around $300.00) so I was thrilled and excited about this (i knew it really did not make much sense, so i asked him a handful of times is this correct? which he replied back "Yes" and even disappeared into a back office to talk to the manager about it and still came back to us (my family and myself) saying This is Correct and Yes you will receive $650.00) So i spent $200.00 on Accessories and the remaining $100.00 towards the new AT&T bill. I listened to what Ryan said and as soon as i got my old providers bill (about 2 weeks) i sent it into the Switch and receive $650.00 offer. I waited 104 days, receiving collection letters from T-Mobile (still getting them) Finally my mother and I decided to start calling AT&T and see what the heck was going on....hours spent on hold being told how we had the wrong information in regards to the $650.00 switch offer and that i would only receive about $400.00 if that. Then was given a number to the company in charge of $650.00 switch who told me they received my final bill but had to deny because that final bill was not the final bill they were looking for???? They need a 3 page long bill itemized with every little detail possible. Fine so i get on the phone with T-Mobile and they say they can mail me the bill (Only way to do this) and it will take about 2 weeks to receive that also. At this point i still dont know whats going to happen. Ive pasted the 45 day mark to send in my paper work to receive the "possible" $650.00 simply because the company "American Strong??" took weeks to let me know if it was approved or not?!. Funny, i received a text message a week after originally submitting my final bill saying "received and approved" What a joke! Ive been lied to so many times by AT&T, shuffled back and forth, time wasted, they do not care about their customers. Ive explained these threatening letters about collections because of AT&T they cant help. Wheres my $650.00 that was promised because im looking at a $650.00 FINAL Bill from TMobile about to go to collections...whats being done about it, nothing. Still remain waiting, ill have to charge this myself to avoid collections now. Thank you. If i had known i would have A) returned my phone to TMobile and saved myself all this aggravation and stress and B)would have NEVER gone to this AT&T store. Beyond unprofessional. Beyond unacceptable.

I would love to have given them a positive score - but they literally will not pick up the phone if you call the store. Ive called them 25+ times over the past few weeks. Ive tried mornings just after theyve opened, evenings right before they close, middle of the day, one call only, multiple calls back to back and never once have they picked up their store phone. Initially I had called to see if we could book an appointment to upgrade our phones. The 20+ times after that Ive called after that were just an internal game to see just how bad this really was. Even if youre in a business where if you dont pick up a phone it forwards to a call center - its a poor practice. If I wanted to speak with corporate / call center, I have their #. I wanted to speak to our local AT&T store to try and buy some phones - and it feels like they were too busy, or cared too little about my business, to pick up the phone and chat with me. Frankly, Im disappointed. I chose AT&T originally because I thought their service was better than Verizons... but it seems that might not be the case.

The store is great, however they are unfortunate to have hired someone by the name of Brittany, she is the first to throw her other co-workers under the bus...I placed an on line order to have product shipped to their location for pick up and she stated that the people on line dont know what they are talking about...they are wrong, its shipping to your home...when I stated that it was kind of inappropriate to talk badly about the customer service on line...she talked over me, saying that its better to buy in the store than on line. She talks to you in a condescending tone and being an older woman, its insulting...and because of her, I will be going to any other store to pick up product, pay my bill etc...wasnt going to put a star down...had to in order for this to post. ..

Been a customer off AT&T for a while now. Been happy with the service and phone. The 3 star ratting is for the store here. Hate going to the store, you get no connection with the staff, trying to push you in to extras you dont need and they allways act like they know more about the product and services then wed understand. Thats why I went to best buy. The game what I need and was in and out quickly.

Super high pressure sales. Try to sell you more expensive plans, cases, phones, cable and Internet for your home. Theres no room for you to sit while you wait, so your forced to stand and browse products. They dont take no for an answer. I had better times at the DMV. This store embodies all that is wrong with modern customer service / sales model. Hated it and wont recommend.

Worst customer service. Told me 30 - 40 minutes until I see a what they call "specialist" and its been 1 1/2 hours and still on the list to be seen. One of the workers kept asking if I was ok. Of course not. Hire more people around this time of year. Very bad leadership. If At&T is too cheap to hire more people around this time of year then this whole company sucks.

The worst experience ever. I have never been so upset and treated so poorly in my entire life! The store manager treated me so bad hung up on me. When I called I asked a employee there if I could come buy back my old phone and he said yes. My brother went in to get it and the store manager said absolutely not I offered to pay and he said no. Hung up the phone.

I dont know if its the store or AT&T but Im traveling with the iPhone 6s i just bought (and updated to latest software) and it started to have a mind of its own. I cant get through to the store on the telephone to see what my options are. My gut feeling is Ill wind up at apple to which case I should have bought the phone from them.

Absolutely horrible customer service at this store. Came in to fix a phone thats operating system crash after a forced update. After explaining this was not the first time and that I was unhappy with the phone, Shawn reset it. Now I cant log into any accounts from my phone, after multiple password resets. thanks for nothing Shawn.
