hi I was in your T-Mobile location today at 27 Western Street in Carpentersville the two girls there manager vanessa and laura were probably were probably the two most professional customer service Representatives I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with call T-Mobile customer service would not help me Rectify my problem they gave all of the time and effort to make sure I left the store happy I have to say I appreciate everything that they did and I would recommend anyone to go to that store and receive help from them absolutely amazing want to thank them again :-)

I got great service in this store, and a great device after having to return one I purchased online due to instability. Couldnt be more pleased. Thanks!
