Beware- poor quality flowers- will not get what you ordered. Ordered flowers for my mother- the arrangement finally delivered a day late and it looks nothing like what I had ordered. The arrangement is sloppy and filled with whatever flowers they had on hand. I called and complained- the shop told me with Mothers Day they did the best they could as they were running low on flowers. A florist not prepared for a holiday that is known for people sending flowers does not sound like a reliable business. They offered to send a new arrangement tomorrow - I declined. Why on earth would let this florist provide another bad arrangement? More flowers will not make up for poor service in the first place. They already ruined my occasion. Order from somewhere else.

They did one arrangement for me to take to a funeral and it was absolutely beautiful it had everything I asked for and more ! They did an arrangement when I was in the hospital and it was so bright and uplifting ! Ive also received flowers from them on two other occasions and all of them have blown my mind with how beautiful ! I have no green thumb whats so ever but they have some of the longest lasting arrangements Ive ever received ! Their store is clean and colorful and all the employees are so welcoming and sweet ! I will never order flowers from another shop again ! Thank you guys at Fort Myers Blossom Shoppe and continue to keep up the great business !

I stumbled across this Gem of a Florist by sheer accident, two weeks ago. I was greeted with sincerity and professionalism. I was taken in the back to see what was available in my price range (flowers for me) then, I went back the following Saturday to have Robin do an arrangement for a friends Birthday.(she allowed me to used my own vase+++) It turned out just beautiful, she is wonderful and I will be back!

I SENT FLOWERS TO MY BEST FRIEND MAY 27TH. THEY SENT ME A PHOTO OF THE FLOWERS AND IT WAS A GORGEOUS TROPICAL DISPLAY . IT WAS DONE IN EXCELLENT TASTE AND PERFECT FOR MY FRIEND. WHEN I CALLED TO ORDER THE FLOWERS I TALKED TO HOLLY WHO WAS SO CONGENIAL, THAT IT WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AND WILL CALL AGAIN FOR SURE. Very pleased with the flowers I received for my Birthday. I was not home when they arrived so the delivery person left a note on the side near the garage door so that when I pulled in it was clearly visible. The flowers were nicely tucked in the shade. The blooms also lasted over two weeks. I told my son because he is the one that sent them, he will be using this florist again.

Disappointed I used them. Should have read other reviews first. They delivered late in the day. The flowers were ok. The phone and email dont work. So when you call at 3:30 to see if your flowers will make it, none of the listed numbers work and the email bounces back as undeliverable. Unnecessary stress for what should be a happy gesture.

I was very displeased with this company. I purchased flowers under the "birthday" category online. I even wrote on the note "Happy Birthday, mom" and it was delivered with a huge happy anniversary balloon attached. This was very embarrassing and I paid over $60 for them to just to mess it up. Would never shop at this company again.

I showed them a picture at 9am of what I wanted. Told me 1 hr. It would be ready... went back to get it and it was no where close to what I showed them. They then told me it would be $100 extra for what I wanted more than what they quoted me. Should have told me that to begin with. Now Im stuck on valintines day with nuttin.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my grandmother from another florist. They forwarded my order to this place and I wish they hadnt. The flowers look nothing like the photo,it is full of cheap carnations and I spent $60. They also didnt send the stuffed animal that was an extra $10. Do not recommend.

Unbelievable, I ordered a Bouquet for my wife for our 26th anniversary via FTD. What was delivered was pathetic at best. A $100 bouquet looked like a leftover $10 flower from Publix. Avoid this florist at all costs. I told them to pick the flowers back up and called FTD for a refund.
