My grandfather as done business with this company for years always had good service or maybe because he was a male. Since he has passed we have had nothing but problems with our mower my grandmother has paid out the rear to get the problem fixed and still having the same issues two years later after multiple visits to get it fixed. Same problem still accruing however i cannot let her waste anymore money with this business to not get the problem fixed. She from this fay forward will be taking her business else where. Sad because her and my grandfather were very loyal customers and after his death she was still a loyal customer. Loading the mower to take it else where.
