Let me start off by saying, I bought my road king from a private seller. I hit a pot hole and it busted a part that allowed fork fluid to pour out. I took my RK to Perry Harley in Kalamazoo to have it repaired. I was told that the part would be in the following day and they would get it fixed and give me a call to pick it up. Sounded good to me. It ended up taking them several days (and excuses) to get the part. Once the got it and repaired my bike, I went down to pick it up and realized that there was a cable tha didnt get mounted back on, fork fluid was still everywhere and when I sat down on it, water gushed from my seat. They had stored it out in the rain. Not only was my experience crappy, I had ordered other stuff from them that took 2 weeks to get in. They never answer their phones. When they do, they keep you on hold FOREVER. I no longer do business with them. After this experience, I started taking my business to Battle Creek Harley. Boy, what a difference. Everyone there is awesome to work with. I have ordered stuff that has came in 1-2 days, I never have to wait on hold when I call. I have had my bike serviced there a couple of times and these guys are straight up honest and professional. They stand behind their work and your bike comes out looking better than it did when you take it there. They have awesome bike nights and give aways. Their respect and customer service has gained them a lifetime customer. Thanks guys!!

Excellent experience overall. I just bought my first Harley from them and their sales team is great. They make sure they fit you with the right bike not what is going to put money in their pocket. They dont work on direct commissions like other dealerships. I dealt with two different sales members. They walked me through everything. When I was done in their department they passed me off to the next rep, after an introduction, for whatever department that person was responsible for. The ladies who run the apparel portion went above and beyond. They made sure I got the right equipment I needed without costing me an arm and a leg. They could have sold me the most expensive riding equipment but they didnt. They even showed me clearance stuff that was safe and affordable. Parts and service departments are top notch also. Every one is knowledgeable and professional. I wont go anywhere else now and would send family or friends to see them.

As a seasoned Harley rider I have visited many dealers, I was very impressed by the attitude and atmosphere of Battle Creek Harley Davidson. We have been to all the surrounding dealers(we live in Jackson) in search of one particular bike and although they didnt have it in stock the sales rep Wayne was very helpful and friendly on the phone. He said, "we are in the business of selling bikes we will work with you." so we took the drive to BC and we werent disappointed. He showed us a similar model and explained everything clear. He wasnt pushy and made us feel comfortable. All of the staff was excellent Scott the parts guy for his patience and explainations of accesories, Galen for explaining the extended service plan and Sara in motorclothes for hooking us up with a helmet with correct fit! We are excited to do more business with them and we will tell all our friends!

My experiences include two bike purchases; accessory orders thru the parts department; general maintenance and repairs thru service and endless retail transactions. Being exposed to all aspects of this business for the past few years, I can honestly say that I couldnt happier with them. Nowhere else have I been where a company gives so much to earn your business, trust and confidence. The is no shortage of hospitality, free meals or special events to include charity rides and discounts. I will also say that during any rare instance where I may have felt disappointed with any encounter, Battle Creek Harley has gone above and beyond to take care of us and make things right given the opportunity. Called ahead looking for a factory Service Manual and a Gasket Set. Guy said he had both for my make and model. Went up there and the showroom is tops. Service was friendly. Nice personable experience. Got home and found my rocker cover gasket set for some other model. I had to use two out of 20 gaskets to get the job completed, but the wrest were wrong. Running with original rocker box cover rubbers until new ones come from J&P. Not returnable mystery gasket set for future reference. For 60 unnecessarily spent dollars...

What a great place to buy a bike. Sales staff was friendly and did not push one way or another. Their offer was better then the other dealerships I went to. The parts department was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get everything on my bike just right from day one. So far the best Harley dealer Ive dealt with. They restored my faith in the whole brand when I was about to traid my Harley in on an Indian because all the dealers closer to me only cared about getting my money and lieing to me but not about cutomer service once I parted with my cash. I trades my Harley in on a new Harley here and they have made me feel like part of there family from day one. They go the extra mile for you.

I absolutely love this place! I bought my first Harley Davidson here (Dyna Super Glide) and the obsession began... The sales staff treated me like family. They took the time to help me figure out which models would be right for me. The parts pros and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. Everyone in the place is friendly. Love love love this dealership!!! Such a great staff overall and everyone is genuinely down to earth good people. Always helpful and friendly. Every Saturday the Owner ( whos desk sits right at the entrance on the main floor) puts out food and beverages ( adult and kiddie) for every customer. Wonderful experience here every time.

My bike was here for 51 days. Had to borrow a bike for Sturgis. Was promised that it would be fixed in time by Craig but they could not find the problem. Changed a bunch of sensors. Wanted me to get a new wiring harness for 750. Took it to a different Harley dealer and 2 hours later I was riding my bike.

The absolute best dealership Ive delt with. From the sales department to the service and parts department, professionalism is paramount. The owners desk is ON the showroom floor and is completely accessible and approachable. I have purchased my last two bikes from here.
