1. Purchased a brand-new bike in 2014. Feel like I got ripped off but I guess thats what good sales people do. Cant really fault them for that, but would prefer to know the price of the bike up front like other dealerships do. Ive worked with honest and sly auto salesmen before ... this guy definitely didnt have my best interests at heart. He wouldnt even let me test drive it -- still kicking myself in the butt trying to figure out why I even bought it from them and how Im going to sell it (they only do trade-ins, they dont buy used bikes). 2. In 2016, I needed a new battery. Dropped it off because it was still under warranty. Had a horrible time getting anyone to call me back for 2 days. Everyone kept saying theyd call me back. Never happened. Finally got ahold of a lady (Lindsay) in the service department who held true to her word. Sounded like my battery was "forgotten" but she made sure to get it tested and right back to me the following morning (it was already past close of business). She is literally the only reason Id consider going back and turned my attitude towards the dealership around. Edit: have been in 4 times. First to drop off battery, took a week to get one back. Second time they gave me a "brand new" bad battery. Third time dropped it off and had to wait days for them to check it so it could be replaced. Fourth time they gave me the wrong battery all together. Between their inability to call or get things done in a timely manner, let alone correctly, I would never trust them to service my bike; they cant even handle a simple battery replacement. Its an hour out of my day each trip. They are either completely incompetent or messing with me, I hope its the former case. I will never, ever do business with this dealership again and will share my experience with every biker I know or meet. P.s. The sales man Larry wanted me to come test drive a $24,000 bike tomorrow with my fat boy as a trade in. Looks like you lost that business. P.p.s. Lindsay was still very nice when I saw her today and I dont think its her fault. Last time she pulled the battery off the rack (correct size, just dead). This time a guy named Tim unboxed the battery after I gave them the year and model of the bike (not to mention its a warranty replacement AND Im in their database). I wont blame the messenger, she has been the only person worth anything there and did go above and beyond for me.

Ok for buying parts and clothing but stay away from motorcycle sales. I tried for two months to get a firm price from them on a motorcycle. They do not list prices on their new or used motorcycles and when you do get a price out of them it will be above MSRP or retail for used. I finally made an offer above low retail and they never countered. Over a two month period I had three different sales people call me with three different highball prices. It actually became a joke in my family as to who would call today and what bizarre things they would say. They pass off customers to two or three sales people in order to avoid sales ethics. If you visit the showroom and try and make a deal within 5 minutes you will wonder who the sales person is and why they run back and forth to the three clowns sitting up on the throne calling the shots. The only firm number they will give you quickly is their high dealer fees. If you do buy from them its ok, just know in your own mind you paid more than you should have. I did finally get a price recently on a 2016 leftover that was 2K over the MSRP. Just fyi.. the owner also owns Queen City Harley in Fairfield Ohio.

I wish I could give a 0 star rating. ...well to start it off I bought a harley from them on the test ride the throttle was sticking and the bars were to far forward no big deal right? Was told it will be fixed before delivery. ..they delivered it and there was fuel all over the tank the guy says oh sorry I over filled it and didnt feel like cleaning it off and guess what throttle was still sticking I found out as I rode that the bolts on the bars that were moved back were lose so that was fun ....took it back a few days later for a security system and to fix the throttle again ....guess what they say its now fixed I walked to the parking lot and found out that it was not ....actually took the bike I just bought a few days prior with warranty to another shop and paid to have it actually fixed right then just to top it off I have been waiting on my title to get plates I finally contacted them they said I owed the down payment that I paid in cash thankfully I still had the recipient. ...Im happy with the bike and price but I will never buy anything else from them at any price

1.0 star rating 12/18/15 Worst place ever!!! they hike their prices and refuse to tell you the price of a bike prior to running your credit, if you do purchase a bike from them and something is wrong, you will be lucky to get it fixed before 6 months is up! The parts department is always out of stock on items and when they do order an item for you, its always the wrong thing and takes FOREVER to get you the right part! They blame the technicians for not having things finished when in all reality, its because the technicians get the wrong parts to bikes (thanks to the parts department) and have to wait to get things done! Their prices are ridiculous on items selling most things at almost $50.00 over what is suggested sale prices! I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE I know! Not to mention, the management and owners are a JOKE! They treat customers and employees like crap!! Save your money, go to Buckmanns or Powder Keg... at least there you might be treated like a person!!

You have got to be kidding me. I went in this past Sunday to have my brake pads and fluid changed on my 2008 Sportster. The service guy said it would only take about an hour if I want to wait, I did. Nothing wrong with my brakes now, working great. Now to the attempt of trying to rip me off. My Sportster is coming up on the 25K service in about 1200 miles. I asked the service guy how much for the 25K service. Him and another guy next to him starting looking at their computers, then. One of them said that HD added other things to the 25K service and it would be $1,048 for that service. Now get this. After I left I pulled over down the street by the drive inn theater and called another dealer about 20 miles away from Buckeyes. They quoted me about $300 for the same service, imagine that folks. Never again Buckeye. Stay away from this dealership folks or you will get taken for a ride.

After looking in the Dayton Phone Book for the number to Buckeye Harley, I turned to the internet, I was glade Buckeye Harley was still opened for business, only to be disappointed that Buckeye Harley is not in business to match their competitors prices. I realizes that not all products have a high markup, but have you noticed, that all Harley Dealers start with the same manufacturer price on Harley parts. So my question is, if one Dealer offers 20% off the same Harley part, then why cant Buckeye. If you are like me who lives between two Dealerships, and you need a part, then the direction you go is based on price. Today I was going in the direction of Buckeye, and killing two birds with, you Know saying, well hey, its America, maybe I should quit complaining, what do you think?
