We went here to buy a used bike. As we were talking to the salesman, another salesman was ease dropping behind us. As we talked about being able to pay cash and could get insurance in the morning, the ease dropping salesman disappeared. We went outside to view the bike again to make a final decision; and it was gone. The ease dropping salesman laughed and said I just sold it over the phone. This is a very unethical business practice and buyers beware. Our salesman was doing well, but the unethical one not only swiped the bike from under us; he swiped his commission from him. If you still choose to go here, please watch over your shoulder continuously. If there are other people around, dont be afraid to ask them to step back!!! The ease dropping salesman was in a t-shirt, and we did not realize he was another salesman.

Awesome!!! After searching online for about 3 days for The One I finally found him here. After calling to confirm, I came up and ended up getting that One. Had a great experience, I worked with Dave and he went above and beyond helping me out as this was my 1st Harley. I drove Crotch Rockets since I was 16, here I am 28 but not ready for a Cruiser or a Chopper yet, too small and too young... So ended up getting the V-Rod Special. Perfect hybrid between the sport bikes and a the classic Harley. Ive recommended the place to many people since my purchase. Been about 5 months now and Im loving it. Coming back after 30th birthday to get me a Fatboy. Loved it Would I recommend it? Yes, have done so many times.

I bought a new street glide from these guys two years ago. Since then Ive spent a fortune upgrades, equipment and gear. I just wrote a check for $5500 for some repairs and I come to pick up my motorcycle and the bike wont start. Everyone of their bikes in the shop had a trickle charge on it just like I do at home. Mine did not. My motorcycle started right up when I brought it up here in September for the work they did on it. They didnt even have the courtesy to put a trickle charge on a loyal customers bike that has spent around $$40,000 in two years. Save your money and go buy an Indian. I say this because Ive had three recalls in two years as well.

I am amending the above review-good job on repairing the damage from my wreck. That said, they KNOW how much money I spend there and to allow my ride to sit without a trickle charger is totally unacceptable. I wrote the first one out of anger and frustration. The next repair or service I need I will take a charger to them and tell them to put it on charge-especially if I expect it to sit for 11 weeks n their shop as it did. It had not been started since mid September

Jason in service department hooked me up. While traveling from Hilton Head SC back home to Michigan, my kickstand spring broke. At 2:15 this afternoon he told me bring it in and well get it fixed. The service department had it fixed and ready to roll before I finished shopping! Thanks guys your awesome! By the way "he said he was waiting for me"

Mechanical problems on the highway after hours. Limped in and left my bike there overnight. Next morning they pushed me to the front of the line and had me on the road by 11:00am headed back to Michigan. Above and beyond previous HD experiences. Thank-you so much.

Just called these guys to get some info for parts that I need to order. Parts associate said he would not give out parts number over the phone. Way to support the community thoroughbred. Make sure we have to buy from the dealership. What a joke.
