I moved to the Greater Cincinnati area in late 2015, and my wife and I already owned three bikes between us. Hence, I had never done any business with Honda of Fairfield, but needed to get a key blank for one of my Givi top cases, and they are a local dealer for Givi. It was a long and painful effort to try to find that damned key blank, and I finally had to purchase a new lockset because Givi doesnt carry that particular key anymore. I was astounded at how much time and effort these guys put into finding a cheap key and lockset for a guy who hadnt even bought a bike from them. Every one of them was focused on making sure I got my issue resolved, regardless of the size of the purchase or the hassle involved in finding what I needed. I am ABSOLUTELY SOLD on Honda of Fairfield. The next time I am in the market for a new bike (or any accessories, for that matter), this shop will be my "go to" place. Customer service isnt dead, at least not here. I also plan to share this story with the members of my riding group (which includes many Honda bikes) at our next meetup.

Ive bought cbrs from them and the short sales guy (i think brent) tried to take me for over $1000. Always ask a couple salesman for price. The one guy i cannot remember his name did give me a great cash deal and is one of the biggest reasons ill continue to buy there. As far as service, they do all the work on my cbrs, crfs, and rubicons. They have never had a problem. Always got it done quick and never nickeled and dimes me. By far the best dealer I have actually been really happy with them, but they have never had todo any major engine work on my equipment either.

A few years back, when I got my Valkyrie Interstate, I brought it here on the recommendation of SEVERAL long-term, long-distance riders I know. They told me to expect stellar service, and Jason and his department did not disappoint! When I decided to buy a new Gold Wing, this shop was at the top of my list. Brent and Shane worked with me on the price and entertained all my stupid questions. Compared to the countless other dealerships I visited prior to buying the new Wing, I can assure you theres not a better Honda shop in the area! Thanks Guys!!!

Exceptional parts department. Sales have been friendly and helpful. Im glad they dont follow you around the showroom when you say youre just looking around today. Service has been hit or miss with this place. I have had great experiences and ones that I thought I would never go back. Its not he competency of the people there, but the attitude of the people there and being made to feel you are an inconvenience rather than a highly valued paying customer. I find that in many bike shops throughout this USA. Dont expect to see many pre-owned bikes here.

I went specifically to look at the CBR500R, but also to see what used bikes they had. Well, their showroom isnt very big. They did have the CBR500R, but almost no used bikes. I told the sales guy who came over to chat that I wasnt buying that day, so much as shopping and he excused himself and walked away. I totally understand him not wanting to waste time on a shopper, but I thought he might give me a card so I could contact him directly later. Overall they seemed OK, but not very many bikes under roof and no exciting reason to go back.

I dont give this place one star. My buddy had a service done and they had put 2 half inch deep scratches in the aluminum by where the his stater was. They said my buddy was a liar. They were assholes and had smirks on there faces horrible customer service. I know for a fact they did it because we clean our bikes religiously and for the people that do know whats on your bike. Take this serious and if not then roll the dice and good luck!

I purchased a tire through eBay and they sent me a new tire but it was manufactured in 2005!!! It was hard as a rock and when I tried to return it they told me tires dont go bad!! Unreal a motorcycle dealer has no idea on tire safety!! Safe shelf life of a new tire is 5 years MAX which you can verify through any tire manufacturer or do a tiny bit of research and the tire they sold me was 12 years old and hard as a rock!!

Called in to check in-size stock on a particular helmet, and when I got to the store they had it right there waiting for me. No sleazy salesman techniques to try and buy something different (or to buy a new bike!) which I usually get going into any motorcycle stores, and Id been to 3 others that weekend alone. This will be my accessories supplier from here on out.

Well that saddens me. A year ago I gave them 5 stars and a glowing endorsement. Im loyal to a fault. Today I called about getting another set of tires on my Goldwing and I was told July. Seriously? Six weeks to get an appointment for tires? Parts guys have always been exceptional, service now a huge disappointment. Your mileage may vary.

I can only speak about the sales and service side. Ive bought several bikes over the years and Brent & Jason have always taken great care of me. Ive never had anything negative happen. I wont ever buy anything different or go anywhere else, as long as they are still there!!!

Just serviced my 2014 CTX1300 and the techician actually takes the time to talk to about your bike and what to look for in the future. They treat your bike like it is one of their own. Highly recommend them.

I went in to price and possibly buy a bike and the salesman stood up looked and profiled me then sat back down as if I wasnt worth his time, so I went and bought a bike from queen city harley.

This is parts related, dont ask too many questions... or the parts guy will literally walk away from you and help someone behind you... that was my first time there and will be my last!
