I had a great experience with Jerry Pina at Freedom Powersports (Canton)! Jerry contacted me quickly from an internet flyer I filled out requesting a price on a CTX1300. I felt comfortable with Jerry right away. I felt like he was being honest with me, understanding, and available. He encouraged me to come in that evening, and I did. I told Jerry I was a Harley guy, but I was hoping to get the features I wanted, without getting up to the highest Harley prices. I told Jerry several times it was going to be hard to get me off of a Harley, but he never swayed. I never felt like he gave up on trying to get us into something that would meet our goals. He took me out for a test ride on the CTX and let me really experience it for a few miles. Jerry stayed late, as I got there late, and never made me feel like I was keeping him from something else. The bike that night wasnt the only thing on our radar, and I now know where to go and who to see for some of the other toys we want as well. I would refer anyone I know, and even those I dont, to see Jerry for bikes, jet skis, etc. It was a sincere pleasure working with Jerry and I look forward to doing so again in the future. To the management: You guys are doing something right. Jerry is either great on his own, or you guys are great as a team together. Especially in salespeople, the type of management they are under comes out in the style in which they present themselves and their product. I appreciate the focus and attention that Jerry was able to give us, even after 7:00. Thanks so much to all involved.

Great Sales Associates, great service, good trade-in value for my Spyder, great deal on a barely used Slingshot. I wanted to get more information on Slingshots, so I checked out the Polaris site for dealers around me, and this dealership came up. I then called up, and talked to Stephan (one of the Sales associates). He gave me a lot of useful information about how they work (I was really skeptical about manual transmissions - dont have a lot of experience with stick-shifts) but after talking to him, I decided on a test-drive. Came over one weekend (in my Spyder RT), got my trike appraised as I did my test-drive. By sheer coincidence, I also ended up working the deal with one of the managers (Sean), who was actually the guy who sold me my Spyder about 6 years ago from a different dealership. He gave me a really good deal on the Trade-in and Stephan also took me out on a test-drive, showed me how everything works. I was actually planning on purchasing a new 2017 Slingshot but there was a really sweet deal on a barely used, fully loaded Slingshot LE that I couldnt pass up. Ended up driving/riding home with it! They even stayed up way after hours to work the deal with me, and since I couldnt come back the following week, Stephan was even kind enough to meet up with me on a Sunday to finish up with some stuff, even though they were closed. Theyre really great guys to work with. Im still thinking of re-trading in for the 2017 orange madness, and Ill definitely be going back to the same store to work that out.

To whom it may concern: I am writing this 5-Star review after several fantastic experiences Ive had at the Freedom Powersports location in Canton, GA. The knowledgeable staff was well-trained and executed a flawless sale on my most recent bike purchase. From start to finish, they were very attentive and made sure I was getting the exact bike and accessories I wanted and I could sense the passion they had for their jobs. To no surprise, my new bike came out looking (and riding) like a million bucks. I appreciated being able to speak with team members Howard, Chase, Zack, Jerry, and several others about the new bike I bought (new FZ07), and they went above and beyond my expectations. They are a model for how other motorcycle/off road machine shops should operate. I have also used their Service department for other motorcycles and the Technicians did great work (our old yz250 now starts on the first crank because of their fantastic work). I would recommend Freedom Powersports in Canton to any person looking to buy a new/used machine, or have work/service done on an existing machine. Ride safe! Best, Putnam Galt

Update 20150401 Wow, when you think they cant get worse they do. The district manager answers the phone, I state that I am giving them a new chance to earn my business and she passes me off. The sales GM gets on the phone, acts like he has no info, calls me bub, quotes me $8800 on a bike advertised at $7495 online. Says the difference is "fine print" LMFAO. Not sure I will ever give them a third chance. -------------------------------------------------------- 201407 Terrible experience start to failed finish. I should have known from the first call and just avoided going there. The sales rep failed in key communications with the sales manager; like for example, my trade was sitting outside. He was obnoxious, and not funny, through the process. End the end Cycle Nation didnt have the juice to make the sale work, 2 days later I found another dealer that did. No one at CN seemed to care I was there, they didnt seem to care when I left; they didnt attempt to extend themselves to make the deal happen. What a waste of time.

Issue with their parts department not communicating that parts are "special ordered" and non refundable. We ordered a left engine crank case for a Kawasaki 450 and then ended up not needing it. Before I came to pick it up I called saying that we no longer needed it and to request a refund; only to be informed after the fact that it is a non refundable item. I placed the order over the phone and this was not mentioned at the time of purchase for two separate orders and I was not emailed a receipt saying "all parts are non refundable." Chris was nice in explaining that it was just their policy, however maybe their policy should be to actually inform that to customers placing orders over the phone. Had we known that we would have purchased else where. Disappointed in their inability to provide any resolution or options for us. We would have gladly taken a partial refund (price - cost of return shipping) or store credit. We will no longer be patronizing Freedom Powersports.

Purchased my first bike, a WR250R here, and it was a great experience! They have a huge stock of bikes. When the bike that I ended up wanting was not in stock they bent over backwards, went to Alabama for me, and had the bike prepped and in their showroom the next day for me. Wow! The entire staff was super-helpful and knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and got me onto a bike that is perfect for me. I bought my bike, all of my gear, and had them tweak the suspension of my bike over the span of three days and could not be happier. A shout out to the entire staff that worked with me... Isaac, Sean, Jerry, Howard, Cody, Ryan, Chris, Eric & Josh. Its amazing that I worked with all these guys (plus the super nice gal at the front desk and another guy in service that Im sorry to say I didnt catch his name) and had a uniformly excellent experience. I would definitely buy from this team again. A+ all the way. Thank you!
