Incredibly poor customer service. No wait, its worse than that. Not only poor customer service but incompetent service. There isnt enough room in this review space to go into all the problems I had both with incompetent technicians and a manager who was completely devoid of customer service skills. DO NOT GET YOUR COMPUTER REPAIRED HERE. I thought Id save the cost of a house call by Geek Squad but that was a big mistake. Generally I dont like Best Buy either but the 2 times I used Geek Squad I actually got a geek who knew what he was doing not a retail clerk with the password to some automated scanning software.

If you work in the copy and print center, shouldnt you be able to help customers with copy and print orders? Apparently not. I had to come back 3 times to get some help with a simple order of business cards. The employees here act like they know nothing to avoid work. They just want to stand and chit chat with each other and act like you are interuppting them when you ask for help.

Ive been going to this place for more than five years now because its close to my house. I have never had bad experience with them. Employees have always been nice and helpful. They would actually walk you to where the item you want to buy as opposed to just pointing to it. Its conveniently located in the San Pedro, RPV community and it has free parking.

So had to exchanged my printer. The Manager seemed lost and confused. Her staff had to show her what to scan and then she wondered off and talked on her cell phone, she didnt even finished helping me. Her staff quickly stepped in and completed my exchange. 5 stars to the staff.
