My experience, at the above Named Furniture outlet, lets just say, dont ask to exchange a mattress, for a softer one, Tested the mattress one time and felt it was way too firm, these folks will give a run around, and tell you everything but how to truly help, no warranty expressed, it should be called "we take your money" and good by!!! because Furniture outlet doesnt stand behind the product sold or customer service.. sad very sad..

Poor customer service. Took them about 15 mins to greet me and the store was empty. After being told that taxes would not be charged, I got an estimate of plus taxed AND a hefty delivery fee. I walked away from the deal and went to another furniture place on Vernon and Vermont.

Poor customer service... prices are too high considering theyre an "outlet"... delivery broke 2 of the item(s) delivered, spent over $2000 on furniture just to be given the run around on a replacement... highly disappointed!
