Where do I begin: 1) On two occassions I never received assistance in picking out a pair of frames. At one point, there were 3 associates standing around doing nothing while my wife and I looked at frames. 2) Gave my current prescription to the lady who said it was not needed as I had a current prescription in their system. This was not true and was only discovered later which meant I had to present my prescription a second time which delayed the process. 3) I gave my insurance information on a Saturday. They stated they would call Monday to verfity insurance and let me know the same day. They never called. I called them at which point they told me they called and left a message. This was a flat out lie. They then proceeded to tell me all information regarding my wifes insurance, etc. which is a clear violation of HIPAA and against the law. 4) They stated that I did not have a vision benefit available which was wrong. I called my insurance and quickly determined that I had full benefits. 5) When I called to inquire about my insurance status, they stated they lost my information and proceeded to ask for it again over the phone. I refused which forced them to find my information. 6) When it came time to pay what I owe, I was quoted several different prices which were innaccurate. It took the associate about 7 attempts and 45 minutes to properly apply the insurance information and store discounts. I went from owing around $300.00 out of pocket to $118.00. 8) Only after paying them money did they tell me that one of their machines was non operational and that receiving my glassess would take much longer than normal. 9) They gave me a date of March 5th to pick up my glasses. I arrived to pick them up on March 5th. They looked me up in the computer and said they wouldnt be ready until March 12th and did not understand why an associate would have written March 5th on my ticket. Overall, a horrible experience at every step. I will never shop at Visionworks again. Interestingly, the only consolation they provided was moving my glasses up the list to be completed March 6th. A day after they were promised to me to begin with.

I must commend a young lady, Nicole, for graciously and efficiently helping my daughter select two pairs of frames and go through this process very smoothly.. She spent as much time as was needed, which was a lot! We were there early in the morning so the place was not too busy, but from what I could see everyone who came in got taken care of in a timely manner and with utmost courtesy. It was not cheap! One is led to believe that one pair is free but by the time they add in all the bells and whistles two pairs of glasses cost $629. This is not a place where you walk out with your glasses, it took over two weeks, but in comparing their service with the competition it was worth the wait. Last year I returned glasses to their competitor five times before they got it right!

I walked in to ask if the company was doing any hiring. There were two ladies at the front desk one blonde and one brunette. The 40 - 60 year old Brunettes first words when I walked in were not, "How are you" no.. They were Oh, You have a competitors application? With an unkind way of greeting and in a stuck up body language. She states, "I am the manager." I said, "Are you doing any hiring." She says, "Do you have any experience." with awful body language like irritated that I was asking. I kindly replied, "only in Customer Service." She was just rude and I got an application and will not work with a company that treats people like that. "Disrespectful, arrogant, and rude for no apparent reason. Oh, well... Have a nice day Vision works. I recommend in firing that rude lady.

I went to this location last month to get glasses with my insurance benefits. Before the benefits/discounts were verified, one of the representatives automatically gave me a quote for about $400.00 for one pair of glasses. After spending about 30 minutes, the representative claims that they do not offer any other discounts. There should be some regulations on these type of businesses. I know they are trying to meet their sales quota, but I refuse to spend that kind of money for ONE PAIR OF GLASSES.!

I worked with a girl named Emily and she was very pleasant and very helpful. I had just gotten my eyes dilated so, it was hard for me to see what I looked like in the glasses I was trying on. She helped me and gave me her honest opinion about which ones looked best. I went ahead and took advantage of their BOGO deal as well as a coupon that I printed out for $45 off the BOGO deal. After about 30-45 min. I left the store a very happy customer and only $325 for two pairs!!

I couldnt be more impressed with the customer service at this location. The ladies were more than helpful and pleasant. They were very informative and took the extra time to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

After a long and stressful day looking for reasonable glasses for a child, we finally stopped at Vision Works. Yanette and Gabby were so helpful and so friendly. They really turned the experience around.
