Whomever the owner of My Bloomin Flower should invest in hiring someone with customer service because she is one of the rudest people I have talked to on the phone! Mind you, my complaint isnt the flowers, my co-worker said they were lovely. My issue with this business is when youre wrong you should admit you made a mistake and try to rectify the situation. Instead this disrespectful, inconsiderate, and insulting owner shows no sympathy and admits no fault on her part, but blames her computer. My message was: "Our condolences to you and your family during this difficult time. You are always in our hearts. We love you Ana! Command ..." The received message to my grieving co-worker was the following, "Our condolences to you and your family during this difficult time. You are always in our hearts. We love you Anal Command ..." If your computer translates information WRONG from your website, prints the message WRONG and you know it does, YOU ARE WRONG! Point blank.

I have used My Bloomin Flower Shop for my business for a year now. I have been very happy with the service and the quality of flowers. I used another local florist before, but I felt like this shop made arrangements closer to the pictured arrangement and the service was better. I have never had poor customer service as some of the previous reviews have stated. As a business owner, I would suggest the owner of this business reach out to those customers and try and make amends. Most people just want an apology and to know they are respected as a customer. I have always had great service here, but I would reach out to the owner personally if I ever had a concern.

My Bloomin Shop did our floral arrangements for our wedding and we could not have been more impressed! Even the wedding coordinator said the arrangements were probably the most beautiful ones they have seen. Gorgeous! Thank you for helping to make our special day absolutely beautiful.

The lady I spoke with was incredibly helpful and friendly. Their service was excellent. I placed a last minute order and even though it was above and beyond, they delivered my order in the next hour. My wife couldnt have been happier and neither could I.
