I will not go to them I used to work for them they would replace parts that dont even need replacing in charge you for the parts that dont need to be replaced, they would tell the customers that they will have the job done within a few days, take them weeks to get the job done. any that has Windows 8 do not take your computer to them the man running to store dose not know about windows 8 he has to other people working thete but they dont come until 2:00 pm. This place is no good.

I work for a company that makes and manufactures board games. We desktop publish them and currently are using four Epson Photo 1800s to do our printing. Each one prints for 5 to 5 1/2 hours a day, so we need to keep them up-to-date maintenance-wise on a regular basis. Had to put one star but honestly even that one star isnt deserved. Bad customer service even through the phone. the owner (Larry) was short with me and hung up on me. The regard he has toward a potential customer makes one not want to do business with Him and wouldnt recommend anyone to that place either. They just lost a potential long term client.

I asked CSA to upgrade my computer. They installed a new motherboard,an Intel I5 cpu and memory and a new hard drive. they also install win 7 professional. I had windows xp before. They saved my data and installed antivirus and spyware protection. They had the computer ready in two days. The cost was very reasonable.

Beside my laptop, I Got a desktop with WIN SERVER 2003 Operating System. FOR MY LONG ILLNESS, I Did not use THE DESKTOP & FORGOT THE PASSWORD TO LOG IN WHEN I RETURNED. Computer Systems Approach (CSA) HELPED ME TO RECOVER THE PASSWORD. GREAT JOB. THANKS CSA.

Base on my experience they know how to fix only the printer but not Computer. I spent almost $300 for Lap-top computer repair and they didnt fix it properly. Its a wasted time and money.
