Very unsatisfied with engraving experience. My grandmother had a necklace engraved for me and they did not give her options for font or size. The engraving was off centered and way too small. In the back there was a date engraved and they did not write the date numerically rather abbreviated the month. They did not ask for consent before doing so. I would advice to go elsewhere for engraving.

I needed a last minute setting repair for the holiday. The owner fixed the ring in minutes and even cleaned it for me! Check out the pictures of the original shop from 1916 and then look around and notice the same cabinetry in place. Great people, great customer service. I highly recommend Korona.
