Hamilton Hill Jewelry is the place to go if you are someone who likes to feel special, or make others feel special. Not only do they have the most incredible array of jewelry by a wide range of amazing and original designers, but the whole staff there is just wonderful. Here I found the most special and original ring, which every single one of my friends (and even strangers) admired and just HAD to try on (well, luckily the strangers didnt ask to try it, but Im sure they were dying to). Shelly was warm and understanding while I took my time to finally make the decision to buy it (after a few visits and la bunch of emails). She and Sarah were incredibly supportive when, by an unfortunate strike of bad luck, a stone fell off the ring. They even made the designer call me personally to apologize! I was incredibly surprised and impressed with the way they dealt with this situation, which was not their fault at all; they really made me feel special. I cannot recommend them high enough, and cannot wait to find my next original and perfect piece!

Another wonderful experience at Hamilton Hill today. I flew in from San Francisco and drove over to my fave place in Durham for a new Petra Meiren PVC bracelet with gold-plated bar. I love it. Its classy and understated enough for everyday wear. Its so unique and I like how it doesnt jangle around on my wrist so I can type easily etc. Shelly, Amanda and Sarah are always a joy to be with and shopping doesnt feel like that; it feels like hanging out with friends. Plus, theres chocolate readily available. I never miss a chance to pet Billie, the shop mascot! Shes such a sweet doggie. I tell all my friends about HH and have even taken some cards to pass out and spread the word because I get so many compliments on my jewelry and people want to know where it is. Great Job, gals! You knocked it out of the park again and Ill be back!

Excellent, personal customer service. Hamilton Hill is a fantastic jewelry store which I visited in my search for an engagement ring. In addition to one of their gemologists, Sarah Hill, the owner of the store, met me after I walked in without an appointment and they learned I was on a tight timeline. I felt they quickly developed an understanding of what I was looking for. They then went above and beyond to see if they could help me get the perfect ring. This included emails and phone calls after business hours. I am pretty sure my budget was less than their average customer but I would have never known from the stellar customer service I received. I highly recommend visiting them.

I had a great visit to Hamilton Hill Jewelers. I tend to think of them as out of my price range because they have such wonderfully designed jewelry from some of the best designers but they fooled me in a really wonderful way! Some of their lines, while being crazy cool and modern, use materials that make them more affordable, like aluminum and rubber. Absolutely wonderful, cool pieces that allowed me to pick out some stellar gifts for friends and a few things for myself. The service is always great and its such a beautiful space. Super good experience!
