On May 11th 2015 I went into David Jewelers to have them switch out a Bezel on my watch. I was told all day that the watch repair man was going to switch out the bezel that day, no one called me so I called at 4:30 to ask if the watch was done they said no. I said can i trust that the watch will be done by morning they said yes, probably just pick it up by 1pm. I left the watch with them overnight, in the morning about 10:30 I asked if the watch repairman had even seen or touched the watch the store owner said no that it was with him in the store so i said Im going to just pick it up then. He hangs up on me so i rushed to the jewelry store to pick up the watch. When i got there i said im here to pick up the watch, the store owner advances toward me bearing his teeth like an animal saying get out or Im going to call 911. I said why are you calling 911 Im here to pick up my watch you said you had it on the phone. He starts screaming i did not tell you i had the watch you are a liar get out im calling 911. I said just give me my watch right now. He continues to scream get out you are a trouble maker. So i walked outside to call the police i saw a cop in the parking lot waved him over to me. I told him the story to which he went in the store and told me to pick it up at 1 that the watch was not in the store but they will call me if it comes sooner. I drive away and get a call not 5 minutes later the store owner says come pick up the watch. I went back and the same cop was still in the parking lot asking what i was doing back there i told him they called to say i can come get the watch. He said i never saw anyone go in or out of the store since you drove away. So folks they held my watch hostage for the money they by the way over charged me by 3 times. Lied to me and an officer of the law and verbally assaulted me and treated me like garbage in front of other customers. My advice drive right by use a different place for your jewelry needs.

I had this not so expensive watch I liked that completely fall apart, I tried to fix it myself with no success. I didnt want to spend much money on fixing this watch because it didnt cost much in the first place. I got in to David Jewelers hoping it wont cost much (the store is very nice so I was a little worried). I was greeted by one of the girls that work there and explained the situation. She took the watch back and fixed it and when I was about to pay she smiled and said no need. I did not see this one coming! really warmed my heart. I got into some other store and then noticed the watch repeats the time back and forth (weird) so I went back to David Jewelers after store opening hours and I was greeted with a smile by the owner (David maybe?) who quickly fixed the watch and took only few dollars for his work. Even though I came to the store for something so small I was amazed by how nice everyone were. Nice to know small businesses like that still exist. Thank you!

Hands down the most wonderful jeweler in town! David Anconina has proven himself time and again to be an extraordinarily creative artist in addition to a kind and patient business owner. I have had him handcraft two rings for me--each was a beautiful work of art. Having him re-set my engagement diamond after 25 years of marriage was a leap of faith but I can honestly say that my new wedding ring is so gorgeous I will happily wear it every day. And store manager Max? A delight to deal with, forever smiling and knowledgable in his own right. Repairs are a specialty and the price is right. Quick, courteous service with a smile. I am delighted to have them always en route in my travels and will continue to refer and give them my business for a long time to come.

WOW ! Big disappointed after getting other appraisals on my ring I purchased for $25,000 the ring isnt worth $15,000. After all the years Ive been buying JEWERLY from you David, I am very hurt and disappointed. Wont see me again or my husband. Hope its worth all the money you would of made.

This is the only place that could fix my Rolex watch properly. I took my watch to 3 different jewlers to be repaired. The 3 different jewlers got it working and sent it back to me and after 1 month they quit working. I took it to Dabid and its been 5 yrs since he repaired it.

Davids worked with me to make up a gift for my wife and it was beautiful and reasonably priced! They made it same day!! Try getting custom work at the mall in a reasonable timeframe- not gonna happen. My wife loves her new diamonds. Thanks David Jewelers!

Buyer beware! I took my husbands necklace there for repair and they took about an inch worth of gold out of it. Not only is this theft, but now he cannot wear the necklace anymore because its too short.
