Was able to finally get my wife the ring shes always deserved. Rommel takes a personal interest in each of his customers. His enthusiasm made it a remarkably easy process and it was an extremely positive experience. I was able to get exactly what I wanted, within my budget, and Rommels personal touch made the whole thing come together in an unexpected way. I WILL return for my next purchase, whenever that may be, and I doubt I will ever step into another big chain jewelers ever again.

Over many years, I have purchased several items from Rommel at Hannoush Jewelers - engagement ring, wedding band and necklace. He is incredibly nice, trustworthy, very knowledgeable about his trade and reasonable with prices. Its always been important for me to have a jeweler I can trust. Rommel is that!

The owner is wonderful! Very nice and fair on repairs--which he does, in house. Ive had my ring (bought elsewhere) for years, but go to him to check prongs, etc. I feel very confident with him!

I spoke to the owner to get a ring resized. With all the "years of experience" he has, he confirmed the ring could be sized up. Kept my rings for a month, then I get a call that it cant be done.
