I purchased a necklace for a gift at Jared (19001 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura). I asked for the price and a lady who assisted me told it was 254.99$. When I came back home I did the search and found out the necklace was 199$ and she added 54.99$ as a service plan without even asking or mentioning it to the customer. This is such a low class sale practice I did not expect from Jerods. I understand they have to push selling their service plans but doing it without even telling a buyer just bad and deceptive. Item returned back and they lost my business.

I had a great experience at this store with Dan Kelley! He was truly a joy and went above and beyond to help my husband and I find our wedding bands with 30 minutes to spare before the wedding. The next day he had them sized for us in a timely manner. I will totally visit this store again thanks to him and his great service.

Some of the sales people have random shady things that they do with adding service charges. Its like the drive thru of jewelry stores. And dont go when its busy.
