POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Morays does NOT deserve one star and I recommend you NOT go there (50 NE 2nd Ave, Miami). Called just to ask for watch repair mans hours. It was as if I asked for the combination to the store. It was a HUGE secret and the "manager" ARGUED with me and told me she did not have to tell me. Utterly ridiculous and wholly unprofessional. Would never spend a half a cent in this establishment. Other reviews also show how poorly they have treated customers. Nothing upscale or elegant about that. Instead, I suggest people visit Messina Jewelers, Dover Jewelry, Kirk Jewelers or any other jewelery store as there are plenty within yards distance who would appreciate your patronage.

I came here to see Omega Speedmaster and Nomos World-Time. Len was really easy going and patient with me, showed me all the watches and let me go through my own process of elimination. I even had the pleasure of drinking coffee made by a Cuban Coffee master (she works there too) her coffee was amazing! Len is going to be my go-to guy from now on. Thank you for a pleasant buying experience Len! P.S. I ended up choosing Nomos World-Time

I had a similar experience as Paul (the review from Oct 21, 2010). I went into Morays looking for an engagement ring, and the woman at the counter was extremely rude to me. She demanded to know how much money I was going to spend, and seemed more concerned about obtaining my cash than selling me something that I was comfortable with. They talked to me like I was a child, and I would not walk in there, again.

As someone who does not know much about jewelry, the sales staff at Morays was very welcoming and good about answering my questions. I bought earrings for my mother and they walked me through the entire process with courtesy and class. Highly recommended for anyone thinking of buying for a special person in their life. They have a great selection of watches as well as jewelry.

Upon walking in we werent greeted, however the delivery man who came in at the same time was. As we began to look no one offered to assist us until it was clear we had every intention on purchasing. Even then there was no help in showing different settings or styles. When we realized they didnt care we chose not to give them our business. We will not return.

I went into the Morays Jewelers to buy a Hublot watch today and it ruined my day. Sales lady was very rude!! Maybe because I look very young and not wearing a suit. Basically if you are not white or Jewish dont even bother walking in there!!!
