If youre on the fence about where to look for an engagement ring, I can help you. Stop reading this and go visit Miami Lakes. You will not be sorry. If youre still reading this, Ill try not to bore you with my story. I hope its helpful to you. I never write reviews, but my experience at Miami Lakes Jewelers was unlike any Ive had in my 33 years. I was looking for an engagement ring, specifically a Tacori ring to use with a stone I already had. I visited every Tacroi dealer in South Florida. Heres why I chose Miami Lakes: - Staff - They make all the difference. I immediately got the sense I could trust them. I cant explain it. Some of the other jewelers I visited were nice (and some werent at all ). I worked with Ernest Pastor at Miami Lakes, and I cant recommend him or the store enough. Everyone there is just outstanding, and extremely helpful, not pushy, and most importantly: trustworthy. - Selection & Relationship with Tacori - They have the largest Tacori selection in South Florida. At the time of this posting (Dec 2013), they are a higher level partner (not sure the terms) than any other stores that carry Tacori in FL. That also means they can get your order much faster (2 weeks vs 3-4 weeks elsewhere). That was incredibly important for me: I had a ring custom-designed by Tacori just before my (now) fiancee and I left for vacation. Miami Lakes got them to send a CAD mock-up of what the ring would look like before they made it. - Service after the sale - When the ring came in, they appraised it and helped me get insurance on the spot (I was nervous to be taking such a valuable item out of the country with no insurance). They also put the ring under the microscope and showed me the serial number on the diamond we sent to Tacori. Overall, I cant recommend them enough.

I have noticed how harsh the administrators are on the employees at this store. I have heard managers verbally abuse employees for going to the bathroom, or not selling enough. I actually asked an employee at the store if these were isolated incidents and they said that it actually happens "pretty often". The employee seemed scared to death of some woman who calls herself "the witch", wife of the main guy who handles/manages the store. People get fired for going to the bathroom, not saying that they have the "world best cut diamond" or some crap of that sort. Its sad and someone should say something. This is just awful and unfair. I sincerely hope the department of Labor busts their asses for being so unethical and abusive to employees and general public. Awful place, awful managing.

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP WITH A FRIENDLY AND EXPERT STAFF! In December I went in to buy a PANDORA bracelet for my mother. I really wasnt familiar with PANDORA and was overwhelmed by the amount of beads there were. Luckily the sales associate, Jennifer, was very helpful. She explained to me what PANDORA was, how each bead had a different meaning, and was able to narrow down my bead choices based on what my mom likes. Jenny knew the meanings to all the beads! I walked away happy, with a new bracelet, two clips and four charms for mom. She was thrilled with her PANDORA bracelet. Thanks to Miami Lakes Jewelers my mother had a very merry Christmas. Theyre the best!

The customer service at this place is Horrible. I walked in & was there for over 20 minutes. Not a single person greeted me, Not a single rep offered any type of help & there was only 3 customers in the stores. I would of had no problem waiting. But no one gave me any type of customer service. Even the security guard noticed I was waiting & let the reps know & I watched them respond saying "We are busy...Im Sales as well. It only takes 2 seconds to greet a customer & let them know that they will taken care of shortly....Im never going back there! ! !

A few months ago I felt as if it was time to buy a time piece. This as a newly emerging professional is actually a relatively stressful moment due to the fact that it is to become staple piece of my wardrobe. Needless to say I was relatively lost. It wasn’t until I came to this store and I was aided in finding the perfect one. Now I have my watch and I feel confident I was aided in finding the right one. My girlfriend and I have been together for one year. Knowing she was the one I would spend the rest of my life with, I was ready to propose. The staff was very helpful when it came to finding the perfect ring for the perfect girl. Soon after my purchase, I proposed and she not only accepted, but she also loved the ring. I will defenitly be coming back everytime I want to spoil my future wife. Best customer service and prices in town!!

Be it watches or jewelry the staff at this store is knowledgeable and unlike at many other locations actually willing to help you find exactly what you want. If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars would. As a business owner I strive to invoke a higher level of customer service that can be found at this location. If you are hesitant in selecting a place to go, do not look any further because these guys are the best.

My husband got my engagement ring and two other bands for me here . We also go my husbands wedding band here. We brought in a design and they custom made it for us . Everyone is super nice and always offers coffee or something to drink . I drive all the way from ft lauderdale to get my jewelry here and will only take it here to get cleaned . I reccoamand this store . I have never had an issue here

Recently my fiancé and I went looking for wedding bands for our up comming wedding. We were in the Miami Lakes Area and happened to see Miami Lakes Jewelers on Main street. By chance we stopped in to look, the manager, Cesar, was extremely helpful. They had a great selection and my fiancé and I found exactly what we are looking for. I would definitly go back!

I had a great experience here. The staff is friendly the manager is amazing. I have to say the treatment and attention I got is great customer service. I refuse to buy my Pandora Charms from anywhere else. For someone to say they didnt have a good experience is just plain crazy. Thank you for making jewelry shopping fun guys!!!!!! Highly recommend :D

Dont think Ill go back, in the first sentence the seller associated said not to me twice! !! Not a good impression for a first time . I even got a gift card from that place and I wasnt motivated to buy nothing. Ill spent my mony in another Jewelers store. Hope they get better attention in the future :(
