Bad bad bad bad.... not even worthy of one star. I went in to look at car they listed online and they barley said hi to me... NO customer service the manager ali was a D I went to shake his hand and introduce myself an it was like grabbing a fish! Then to pay for the car they wanted to run my card I told them I have a limit it wont go he said no it will then he runs my card claims he deposited the money from his account to mine then charged me but that nothing went through so I ended up using a check after looking over the recipts I deciided to call my bank for advice they put a hold on the money since there was a pending charge on my card sl they said they will freeze the check until the hold drops off. Ok then the card charge is processed so they never unhold the check and they the D calls me to say i need to co e down because they never got paid I told him I would call my bank and verified the money was taken out by Global auto in tacoma it was so I told him again he said that no there banks never got any money so I said ok my bank will take care of it because if someone else got the money it was fraud he said nothing after that then on sunday out of the blue calls me like four times and send me like six texts saying we need to meet and go to the bank blah blah.... dont do it unless its a steal of a lifetime STAY AWAY

The only reason I gave them a star is because I cant write a review without giving one. Either the reviews on here are fake or were paid to write good ones. This place is awful. They have no idea what they are doing. Im embarrassed to have bought a car from them. They are not honest and have no idea what they are talking about. Its just sad that they are even considered a business. They told us the car was in great shape, yet were almost 2,500 into it above what we paid for it just for fixes. Plus they told us wed have the plates and title within a month of the purchase. Weve had it for a month now and so we called in and they just now started working on it all. Pathetic. Dont trust these guys. I really hope this place shuts down. Dont go near it. Youll be a wiser person driving away from it.

I am convinced the five star reviews on here are fake. My car broke down as soon as I got it home and costed me $1500 to fix. These cars are cheap for a reason. Dont learn the hard way. They are not ethical salesmen. They sell broken cars. I cant complain enough about this place. The car had been wrecked before and it wasnt on the carfax they gave me. Thats not necessarily their fault but they certainly didnt look into it that far because the wreck was very obvious when you opened the hood. Shame on me for being so trusting in used car dealers. Bottom line: DONT COME HERE.

Saw a wrx on craigslist and came here. Price seemed great and was clean inside and out but when we got there the engine was knocking.. talked to a local mechanic and they said they wont even look at a car from this place. Be warned. I assume they buy these cars dirt cheap from auctions or something and make them look decent and barely run then try to sell them for a "great deal" so it seems. Service was meh at best as well. You COULD get lucky and find a car with no major mechanical issues, but I just dont think that its worth the risk.

Great place to buy a car! ali was very professional and did a great job at getting the payment down to what we needed. There was no pressure to purchase and we took our time looking around the car lot. I would definitely recommend this place. We had a great buying experience! Prices were very reasonable Affordable cars sales man let me take the car to machine for inspection machine gave me APPROVE

I see most of the reviews are fairly new. My sales person was Eric and my car has lasted me almost a month. The first week it started having problems. Now Im stuck with no car to drive and even if it were working the temp plates they issued have expired. This would have been my third one. This is horrible how people can take advantage of others. Im not made of money

Took me for a ride sold me a truck that in less than 3 weeks broke down and will cost more than I paid for the truck to repair. When I called them about this was told it was not their problem is was running when I purchased it. Save your money do not go near this place. Total rip off, lie there asses off telling you the vehicle are in good reliable condition.

This is such a shady place. Please avoid it if possible. The sales people really need to find new jobs or take classes on how to be ethical. Places like this are the reason that used car sales people have bad reps. I truly hope the owner gets a clue from all the bad reviews that are being posted here. If it was possible to give negative stars I would.

Good prices but they do not do any maintenance to the cars they have. They will tell you its a good running car for the sale but they honestly have no idea which is why they sell as is to cover themselves. They dont even do simple things like a tune up or tire balance. How they get the car is how you get it. If you cant fix a car yourself stay away.

Best dealership in all of Tacoma I bought 3 cars from them and they never tried to force a sale on you. they drove my old car to my house and delivered my sons car when he couldnt get there due to heavy rain. overall best service ask for adnan or Ali they rock.

Doesnt deserve the star that I gave it but it was the only way I could get on here to put a review . Ive barely had this thing 24 hours and I have to replace the radiator go through the wiring of the blinkers because it keeps on blowing fuses.

The best experience i was not rushed the sales man eric was extremely helpful and honest did not take advantage of me . the car is still driving beautiful. Very professional and polite definitely would recommend this place any time to anyone.

No frills, no jerks in suits, just real people selling real cars. They clean them up nicely and are always willing to negotiate. Our test drive was stress free and I would recommend these guys to any friends looking for a good deal!

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE THEY SELL BROKE DOWN CARS MY CAR BROKE DOWN NOT EVEN 2 WEEKS AFTER BUYING IT AND THEY WOULDNT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME GET MY CAR FIXED!! HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!
