Im seeing some of bad reviews and after working with this place, I have NO IDEA how someone could have a bad experience. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. We were in a crunch and after looking at every other place around, he had the best prices and biggest selection. We went back about 4 times before we made our decison and he never got frustrated or turned us away. He worked with us. He was very honest that the vehicle we chose would need a part replaced. After getting quotes, we called an told him we wasnt quite sure. He then had a mechanic come look at it, at no charge to us. It turned out to be a minor fix, which he had taken care of us and just tacked on the amount to fix it into our loan so we didnt have to pay for the fix immediately. Working with Marty was such a pleasant experience. We have had many phone conversations about the vehicles in between visits to his lot. He never once made us feel like he was in a rush. 100% the nicest and most honest salesman we have dealt with. It was just overall a fantastic experience. I recommend this place to EVERYONE!

I asked to test drive a car and the owner said sure until I told him I wanted to put it on the freeway. The owner said "we dont allow people to test drive our cars on the freeway" i asked why not? he said well what if it breaks down?????? (Really????????) I said thank you and never called back. If you fear your car is not freeway worthy naybe you should not be selling it and I have told everyone I know of this comment he made to warn them steer clear of a dealership that prevents you from dirving on the freeway...No way !!!

The employees are nice, but the owner is a scumbag. Basically told us he wants to screw people over. Take a VERY close look at everything. Some cars may seem clean, but they dont do ANY work on their cars when they come in and still charge dealer prices. $6250 for a 2007 Subaru Forester with 170k miles, multiple check engine lights on, non-functioning CC, broken/non-functioning fog lights, broken drivers seat adjustment and heat, and plenty of wear and tear... Give me a break.

Otters Drift

I bought a rig from them 6 years ago and its been the most reliable rig Ive owned. It had 80,000 miles when I bought it but now has 256,000 and needs a new motor. Im pleased with my experience. Im actually looking at another rig from here this week. I suggest those whove had vehicle problems, do your homework before you buy. High miles=needs work.

Piss-poor quality and customer service!!! Sold my cousin a lemon and when I was on the phone with them, they hung up on me when I asked about their policy about the reliability of their vehicles. Do NOT use them!!!! Their cars will break down within a week and tell you, "Thats Murphys Law, and we wont do anything about it!"

They dont deserve to be in business!!!! I bought a Jeep from them and a week later it broke down down they wouldnt help me at all they said yeah if you come up with most of the money for it and then I was stuck with 3 kids at home cuz I couldnt go anywhere and they ripped me off and they suck ass!!!!

They are very unprofessional on the phone. They are firm on pricing even though they are thousands of dollars of kbb. But that is their choice. I would avoid them, it felt a bit scammy to me when I called.

It was amazing they were so helpful and the cars were great. All the cars I looked at were clean. No complaint great establishment definetky would recommend!! Cant miss it when you come into Longview.
