My boyfriend and I were in here last weekend and we were there hours.... We live 4 hours away and they said that we were able to buy two cars when we were there so we decided to do it if they got us a good deal. Well they did give us a pretty good deal however they called us today all a sudden, 4 days later to let me know they were unable to do a two vehicle auto loan for us and that I needed to get the cars back today. Remind you that I live 4 hours away and Im a sales manager who coaches and plays coed softball on my one day off, Sunday. They said it was their fault but were very very rude and Troy called me from a Georgia number and huffed and puffed when I wanted to call the actual dealership to make sure some scam wasnt happening. When I told them I couldnt take the cars there because all that I had going on, then Franando got all pissy pants and put words in my mouth saying that I just said I could on Sunday... So I was like no I just told you our first game is Sunday and its my only day off from work, I can not. He tells me they dont have enough employees to drive all this way without hiring some and charging us. They wouldnt even meet us halfway. Prior to going in there I was already pre approved for an auto loan from someone they didnt even work with but we only wanted one car witch we will go back to. They weaseled us for hours until we got the two. My credit being 700 Ive never had this issue and Im not even upset about the vehicles because nobody wants to buy from these guys. I shouldve looked up the reviews sooner. Oh they were suppose to help out with gas and also powder coat the rims to one of the cars but hid when it came time for us to leave Sunday too. They said they were gonna reimburse my boyfriend when he brings the cars back this weekend to because of the troubles doubt thats going to happen. They lie out their asses!!! Dont buy from these scums!

1. If you tally their actual score, they do not have a 3.7/5, they have 2.7 Even before my review it was only 3/5. As you can see: 5/5, 5/5, 5/5, 1/5, 1/5, 1/5 = average of 3/5. In other words, theyre either paying to get a higher result or theres a very serious delay between when reviews are posted and tallied. 2. The reason for my 1 star review. This place runs a scam. You get a game with a winning ticket. Mine said I won $5,000 cash. It was lying. When I told them rather politely that it was dishonest they rudely walked away and ignored me. The guy who talked to me said he was from a different state, which means they fly in more competent scam artists to talk people out of their prizes and into a new car. Pretty skeezy if you ask me. Im reporting this place to the Oregon Department of Justice for fraud. I suggest anyone else who receives their fraudulent mailer do the same. Aside from the scam, the room they greet you in is pretty disgusting. Its dimly lit with stagnant air and dirty furniture. I dont think Id be comfortable buying a car here even if they werent dishonest. 3. Dont you think its weird that all of their positive reviews are from two months ago? My guess is that they are all from friends or family of the people who work at or run the dealership, or people who were paid some small sum to leave positive reviews.

Sales guys were nice enough, although liars. The people here are playing the typical good cop bad cop game to get you to buy. As with all used car places they say theyll give you a good deal but charge ludicrous prices for bone stock vehicles. Be careful here if you are buying and dont give them too much info. Don Armstrong himself was smarmy, disrespectful, and rude to us. He didnt even shake my friends hand when we left. Although I didnt connect it with Oregon Auto Sales initially, I too received one of the "Money Carlo" scratch cards as mentioned in previous reviews. I didnt believe it and trashed it right away, but upon pulling it out of the recycling, the card had the same exact winning numbers as the one pictured from the other review and came from the same place. Really sketchy and dishonest to resort to these scams in order to bring customers in. This place is beyond skeezy. Would recommend you take your business elsewhere. If you are buying, dont let Don give you the ol sob story about HIM losing money. Stand strong and dont overpay for a crappy vehicle.

This dealership is unlike any other that I have had the chance to experience. The prices here are more than fair (way more than fair... seriously you should check them out) and the service is above and beyond. Luis Diaz was my Sales Associate during this experience, he was kind and extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles that struck my interest. Luis cared about getting us the best deal he could muster, and the management seemed too as well as they were more than accommodating to my offers. Oregon Auto Center PDX may not look like the USS Enterprise like the other rich dealerships aiming to empty your bank accounts, but the experience, service and savings you will find here will blow them out of the water. I do not review things often. I highly suggest this dealership, and Luis Diaz as a Sales Associate.

My wife and I went in to look at a Pathfinder they had. Met up with Calvin Harris and he took us on a test drive right away. He was very professional and did not pressure sale us. We decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. Don Armstrong then pushed the paperwork through fast and had us out the door very quickly. I told them my beloved Broncos were playing that evening..... and by the way.... I got home in time to see them beat them Patriots. I just moved here from Denver a month ago and I can say this was one of the best experiences I have had at buying a car! Thank you Calvin & Don

As stated by many others in recent reviews, this place fuels traffic to their lot with a misleading and dishonest "Money Carlo" game. I basically was told that they are required by law to put the prizes and odds right next to the "winning" combinations under the lift tabs even though they dont correspond to each other. (I thought I saw the salesmans nose grow a bit on that one!) If theyll lie to your face as soon as you set foot on their lot, guess what might be hidden under the hood? Not worth the risk to me -- I left after about 5 minutes.

These guys should get ZERO stars and probably be investigated by the local police. They lie, cheat and steal their way through unsuspecting people who stop in to look at a car. They will take items from one vehicle to put on another and then try to tell you it wasnt there in the first place. A disgruntled ex-employee damaged several vehicles with acid and they refused to repair them. They have no integrity and will bilk you if they can............BUYER BEWARE.......GO ELSEWHERE. !!!!
