I asked about their bank lender they had for loans (they only have one as he told me) and the owner or rep refused to tell me; seems shady and like these people are not customer service oriented. He asked me of I wanted a car or just info on lenders. When I explained why, that I wanted to gauge the Apr of I knew the bank name. He waited a few seconds and hung up. Thats not a way to attract business or show credibility. Never seen such apparent suspicion with a dealership. A lack of transparency and disclosure is a huge red flag. Seems a little too shady, and my gut feeling is that theyre not honest.
