I spent three days searching the web for a new Yukon XL. Lot 74 had one posted that had low miles. They had fixed any leather issues already. I found a few items wrong with the car that they fixed (right power window, missing spare tire, high mount brake light, windshield washer reservoir etc). At first I decided to get the warranty but after reviewing the terms and speaking with an agent for the warranty company, I decided not to take the warranty. The salesman Scott was a nice guy and he stated that they "werent like the other used car lots and they would make it right." True to his word, after driving the car for several days, I discovered a few other items that werent working. I took the car back to Lot 74 and Charles the owner, let me use one of his other cars so I could get to/from work. They fixed all the issues, rewrote the paperwork to exclude the warranty and were generally very helpful in making this car buying process a success. I just had the car checked out top to bottom by a mechanic and everything checks out as far as I can tell. Then, to top it all off, Charles just called me to follow up to make sure I was happy with the car. I wasnt an easy customer and they did a great job. I was also impressed with James, the onsite mechanic! Thanks James. I now have a great car at a great price. Maria was nice as well.

This place is awful! Do not ever even drive in the place dont look at anything they have! This place sucks! I bought a truck from them about 5 or 6 months ago Ive had nothing but problems. My first problem was the air vents had smoke coming out of them. I should have returned it then cuz that was only a week I had it. My next problem a month after I bought it I was driving down the road and my breaks went out and my wheel fell off. Are you kidding me?!? Oh and they wanted me to pay for it! The last problem I have with the car is Ive been smelling something weird every time I open the center console. I thought it was from the ladys dogs because they sold me a truck and never detailed it ever. I finally took it out and nothing but mold is in it and same with the visors. Im sure there is nothing I can do. In all seriousness dont buy a damn thing from this place they will take our hard earned money and run with it. Go up the street somewhere else! Unless you wanna over pay for anything and loose lots of money but thats up to you. The only reason I even gave them a 1 star is because you cant give Them no stars. I wish I could post pictures on here to show everyone!

My daughter saw a car they had listed for 7000. Her bank approved her for the full financing. She called and let them know we live in Southern Oregon, 3 hours away, and that we would be there in 4 days to look at the car. When we arrived the car was extremely dirty and had a HORRIBLE smell, there was mildew everywhere. The listing said it had power windows, it didnt. And it was missing a door knob on the inside. My daugher asked if he would detail it, she was told that they couldnt as it was Sunday and he didnt have the staff. He had known since Thursday she was going to be there to look at it. He went inside while we inspected it more. When we went inside to ask a few more questions he came out from the back with a bottle he was spitting chew in to. I told my daughter absolutely not and walked out. His salesman looked like they spent some time in prison. I would be very leary giving any personal information. DO NOT GO HERE!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. THIS CAR LOT IS COMPARABLE TO DANNY DEVITOS LOT ON MATILDA. They will lie to you over and over and over again and cheat you out of money. The on site "mechanic" doesnt do ANY of the repairs to your car that he says he does.
