I cant say enough good things about Erick & Jr Auto Sales. Ive got my last two cars here. Car buying is usually stressful for me but not here. Erick is one of the most down to earth, customer service oriented, non-pushy salespeople (he says he likes to "let the cars speak for themselves") you will meet. He is very knowledgeable and cares a lot about the business and building the business through good service and word of mouth - which is why I felt compelled to come online and write this review. Dont be deterred because this is "on 82nd." Seriously, check this place out if youre looking for a good car buying experience.

Just bought an 07 Nissan Versa from Eric today and I couldnt be happier with the service received! After my 07 Hyundai was unfortunately totalled I wanted an equally efficient and reliable car, and I feel like that is exactly what I got. I had doubts at first about the car since Ive never owned a Nissan, but Eric had some great information for me and was very accommodating. Not only do I feel like I have a great replacement, but he really went above and beyond in customer service. I highly recommend coming here if you dont want to be pushed into a sale, youll also be driving off the lot in nice reliable vehicle!

bought my last 2 cars from there, Both cars theyve let me get them pre inspected thru my friend that owns a mechanic shop, Couple maintenance stuff one needed that they took care off. I also liked that they have windows stickers that break down miles and options on there cars with out having the pressure of a salesperson walk next to you. thanks again guys.

I spent more money than I should have on a used Honda Civic from these guys thinking that it would last a good amount of time. I owned the car about 2 months before it started making noises and after 6 months the transmission failed. I suggest steering clear of car dealerships that sell auctioned cars and then do not respond when you reach out to them.

2 years ago I bought my mazda 3 from these guys, they gave me a great deal on my worthless trade in giving me more than anyone else would. They are a true small time family business and about as honest as a car dealer can be. The mazda is still kicking but and taking names you wont find any unwanted surprises in there vehicles.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I bought a car from them and within a month the clutch went out. Till this day they still blame me for selling me a lemon. I think they are very sloppy, unprofessional disgusting, and dishonest. This is whats wrong with America. People like them!!!! Dont go to them!!!!

They were very low pressure and helped me find the perfect car! They try really hard to make sure their cars are high quality and I genuinely got the feeling they werent trying to rip me off at all.
