I bought the car I wanted. They should not have sold it to me. My contract stipulates firstly a missing rim would be replaced, and secondly, the car would be brought to proper working order- in regards to an EGR valve. They had Premier tires put on a set of four different rims. Incorrect rims. That took a week, from when I purchased the car to when I could take possession of her. When I took possession I was driving on two of five lug bolts on one rim for days, unbeknownst. I was in and out of Premier trying to troubleshoot these issues a lot; way too often. Right away I had to do brakes and rotors. My mechanic says he has never seen a strut leaking like mine. After I put on brakes the bogus rims didnt fit; and damaged all the new parts I just bought. So, I had to get two of the original rims put back on the front and now the task to replace the fourth missing rim has fallen on to me. Hence, a breach of contract. Also a breach of contract, I was told the EGR valve needed to be replaced when I bought the car. I was told they would do this. After getting on their case for weeks and sitting in their lobby all day one day, their mechanic wanted to dodge me for another week(supposedly to order the part theyd already twice told me had been ordered. It was even shipping out at one point. Except not really.). And I was like, yo, they have the part at the part store. And he was like, I can get it half price if you wait a week. And I was like, dude, whatever, I will just pay the difference. Well, my mechanic says their mechanic never did the EGR valve. He did the EGR solenoid; a cheap half-assed fix. Which at the very least was a lie, and at most it is the reason the car still runs like dick. Hence, a second breach of contract. I have shouldered more than my fair share of these burdens, and continue to do so, wondering how I will ever pay her off. I am extremely unhappy with this experience, which wasted incalculable amounts of my precious time. In most of these instances, had they been forthright from the get-go, I could have prevented a lot of problems for myself. Unfortunately, these people have been consistently dodgy and getting them to hold up their end of this nonsense has been like pulling teeth. Ultimately, I am happy with the car because it is a make and model that I wanted. They dont get credit for that. Mitsubishi does. I was however impressed with the staff on a human level. I thought they were all nice guys, especially Wayne who sold me the car. They did to their credit make an intolerable situation at least somewhat tolerable. Hence two stars instead of one. This situation was half my fault for not knowing better and half their fault for not doing better. I really wanted to keep all this to myself, but in the end, I walked away an unsatisfied customer. Hence this honest and accurate report of my experience. Which in the end I wouldve kept to myself if in the end they couldve held up the contract. I received assurances that prior to sale each car gets overhauled and each problem gets addressed by their mechanic. These assurances were why I purchased the car and yet I cant even make payments because I am making constant repairs(multiple things I havent even mentioned). I knew a back of the lot car would have issues. I only wanted what I was told I would get. A lot of this was the tire places fault. I have inadvertently acquired a random set of rims for my troubles, which should be worth a little money. That is no consolation for all the turmoil. I went to a dealer for the convenience of avoiding the DMV. The DMV is nowhere near as unpleasant as this has been. So, let that sink in.

OK where do I start off? I can say that Wayne and Bill have been the best possible down to earth people I have meet in a while. they do not put any pressure on you for buying a car. I came to 5th gear motors with no credit history or much time on my job. when I first came into 5th gear I came with my now girlfriend and she decided to co sign with me. so we started getting into all the paper work and Wayne and Bill looked at my girlfriend and noticed that she wasnt that comfortable with continuing. At that point we had already completed all the paper work. so they both ask her if she really wanted to go through with this and we both agreed that she wasnt so we made them stay late and also did not get the car. I called the next day about the 2006 Subaru outback and asked if there was any way that they can finance me alone, they said they would call me back. about thirty minutes passed and Wayne called me telling me to come as fast as I can so I went running. 5th gear help me get the car I wanted and needed since Im working two jobs. I would really recommend 5th gear for first time buyers and also if your just looking for something new. But they dot stop there! about a month passed and I wasnt really to into the car and I wanted something new so I call Wayne and tell him that I want something different so he tells me to come in and I drove away with a beast its a 2006 monte carlo ss. I can not explain how thankful I am for this dealer ship to be around they really take buying a car to a different and comfortable level. I would really like to thank everybody at 5th gear for their time and helping a young man out!!!!!!!

2 years ago, I suffered a stroke at age 45. Due to this life changing event, I found that I needed a van that would accommodate my new special needs. I also needed a rock-bottom price since I can no longer work. I visited about 8 car lots and this is what I got: smarmy sales personnel who reeked like b.o. and/or cigarettes who tried to sell me everything that I didnt want. Just as I was thinking that I was going to have to settle on a van that didnt meet all of my needs, a friend told me about 5th Gear Motorz. She said that the staff there is both friendly and professional and that their prices were more than reasonable. So, I tried them out and BOY! Im glad I did! From the get-go the people that work there were so kind. They treated both me and the Mrs. with respect and dignity. They listened patiently as my wife and I explained exactly the features we wanted in a van. Further, we discussed our budgeted amount that we were willing to spend. Never once was I pressured along the way. Never once was I asked to purchase anything that I didnt need. Never once did I feel like just a customer. I was made to feel like a friend. I buy from friends! This was a Friday night and by Monday morning, 5th Gear had our dream van at $200.00 less than our original budget!!! As a result, my quality of life has greatly improved. That, to both my wife and me, is priceless. Thank you, 5th Gear Motorz! And thanks for the free notary public service ON SITE. We LOVE you folks!
