LONG REVIEW BUT WORTH READING - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! I saw a vehicle in May that caught my eye. It was a 2008 highlander. We looked at it on a Saturday, late in the day and placed a $300 non refundable hold on the vehicle. They were closed Sunday so the paperwork got prepped on Monday and then we signed the paperwork on Tuesday. When we looked at the Toyota, it was missing a 3rd row and a spare tire. It was written in our deal that they would provide us with both. I was told to come back on the next Saturday for it. I had to wait on Saturday for 3 hours while the owners husband (who also serves as maintenance man) had to come back to the lot. As it was, he didnt have the proper equipment necessary to complete the install of the 3rd row, however he did have the spare (which did get installed). By now, my TPMS light had decided to come on. I asked Joseph (a very review hungry salesman) about it and he said I needed to take it to a dealership that it was my issue. Thought it was a little off especially since he is/was review hungry. Well, the spare tire is now in and Im told I need to come back one more time for the buckles to get installed on the 3rd row. As it was, the seat was dirty and in definite need of a cleaning, and it didnt match the rest of the upholstery in the car. Again, I got asked to write a review. So I went in on the following friday after making sure that the buckles were indeed there at the lot and got the buckles installed, another hour waiting. Again, another review request. I ended up taking my vehicle to Les Schwab to have the TPMS light diagnosed and found out that Cascade Auto tricked the system and that the spare tire they gave me was a doughnut (I had 19" tires, cant really use a doughnut). We are talking about the safety of my husband, my two young children and myself, why would I risk having a spare tire that is not compatible with my vehicle. To get a tire of the right parameters for my vehicle, it would have cost me out of pocket $275. I called and left a message for Joseph since he was sooooo willing to talk to me when we purchased the vehicle. I didnt hear back from him. My husband had to call back a week later and some snarky man told him that he would have to investigate this "issue" as he was certain that we were wrong. To top it all off...they never changed the title with DMV. I am finding all this out now because the vehicle (which must have some major bad juju) was totaled and we cant get a payout from the insurance company because the title hasnt been transferred over. We bought the vehicle in May 16. Signed all the paperwork and two months later we are still waiting for the title to be transferred so that we can get a payout for a vehicle we no longer have. Long story short...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Joseph kept begging me for a review and begging me for a review. Well, now he has one and it is definitely not in his favor. I would recommend Bickmore auto sales. They have been wonderful to work with in getting a replacement vehicle.

I need to preface this review by saying that I am newer to buying cars which could have made me a little naive in this process. I had also just gotten rear ended which resulted in my car getting totaled and the insurance company gave me a week to buy a car. Thus, I was feeling rushed and in desperate need of a car. When buying a car from Cascade Auto, you should know that most if not all of them are rebuilt meaning they were in accidents at some point and rebuilt to be sold. I worked with Joseph when buying my car. He was very nice, but not particularly flexible with lowering the price of the car. When I was signing the paperwork, I saw the carfax had an accident and asked if this was rebuilt and would show up on the title. Joseph said no, but alas I was naive and I now have a rebuilt title. The second weekend I had my car, the front fender above the tire flew off on the highway. It took Cascade about two weeks to get this repaired, after me calling repeatedly. Again, Joseph was very nice but I have to pursue to get this replaced. I recently moved to Chicago, and before doing so I got my car serviced before making the long cross country trip. The mechanic said I should get rid of the car as soon as I can because the safety needs may have not been up to the standards. On top of that, the tube for the anti-freeze was eroded and I had to get this replaced. I mentioned this to Joseph when I was there for the fender and he said it was totally fine. Well, I bought my car in May and then had to get this replaced in August. Overall, I think Cascade Auto is very nice people. BUT know that you are buying a rebuilt car and take the car to a mechanic before buying to ensure safety needs.

PROS: We just bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder from Joseph, and I have to say it was the least stressful experience I have ever had purchasing a car. The staff was very laid back and did not make me feel intimidated when I asked questions. He just handed the car keys to us and told us to go for a test ride. The vehicle sold itself! No pushiness or passive-aggressiveness was to be had!. Joseph was very professional and kind. My only concern was the possible descrepency of mileage , but he was upfront and I felt he was honest when he explained that it came from Canada where mileage is in kilometers and they had to replace the whole odometer and get as close to what the conversion from kilometers to miles was, and most likely it was higher by a few thousand miles...The car is beautiful, not one scratch, interior is impeccable and runs like a dream... It was well taken care of and my mechanic felt it was still using its original break in oil..and was spotless. The fact that Joseph and the people who worked here were all Christians, as I am too, was the icing on the cake. Thank You Joseph for making what could have been a stressful day a very pleasant one! We will be back when you find that Subaru Jason has been wanting!. CON: The cars are pretty dirty and could use some TLC and minor things like being washed, clean front and back windows, window wiper fluid, gas, and charged air conditioner , maintainence lights cleared etc before being shown. Girls really do notice the dirt and can look at that as a poorly maintained car....just saying. She cleaned up beautifully though!!

I recently purchased a vehicle, and from the first phone call the experience was great. When I arrived on the lot to look at the car I had in mind, I was greeted, not attacked, as I had been at most of the other places I visited. I was eagerly handed the keys to the car when I requested to test-drive it by myself. After the vehicle was inspected, I went inside to discuss the price; which was already reasonable. Joseph and I briefly talked, and I cut straight to the point that I wanted to pay an amount I had in mind. He told me that was low, but he would see what he could do. To my surprise he didnt need to spend a lot of time, nor make several trips to the "sales managers office. He conferred briefly with the finance manger, came back and said, "Lets do it!" The process was quick after that. I was in and out with possession of my car about an hour after I drove on the lot. It has been a few weeks since I got the car, and after several miles, and a couple of trips to the beach, the car is holding up well and getting better mileage than expected. I am not one to write reviews, but my experience with Joseph and Larry was so good, I just had to leave a note. I would recommend these guys to all my friends!
