credit cars has been helping me for the past 10 years. im now on my third vehicle from them and have never had any major problems. just minor things which they are more than willing and quick to fix. ive had two trucks and am now driving a Lincoln LS, its a great car! through out the years, not only have i bought great cars but have made great friends at credit cars. Jose, Jeff, and Walter have done nothing but help me. even through my own personal hard times! i especially would like to send my respects to Jose for having my back and putting himself on the line when i really needed it. my thanks to all the staff for there part as well. sincerely, Andrew Smith

I only wish there was more stars to give. I have been car shopping for my daughters first car. Let me tell you that we went to some of the most reputable and big name dealers in our area to only be pressured into a high milage, above KBB, or worse yet; get suckered to purchase a car above and beyond what we were told over the phone. I decided to do a google search for used car dealers and found Credit Cars. Over the phone Jose was very polite and courteous and assure me that we could get financed and to come by. Immediately, I was impressed by the fleet on their lot. Newer, clean, and many vehicles to choose from, I honestly is more impressed by their inventory than the other "New" car lots. A friend of mine knew that I was looking for a bigger vehicle for my family and suggested that I check out credit cars. I submitted an online pre-qualification application and the next day I was contacted by Jose. I told him that I was interested in the 2006 Chevy Suburban and wanted to trade in my 2003 Lexus RX. He ran our credit check and everything else over the phone on a thursday and on friday told me to come on in and check out the suburban and sign some paper work. He gave us high trade in on our Lexus and we walked out with the suburban that day. Jose made the entire experience a breeze and extremely relaxing. I absolutely love the suburban and the people working at Credit Cars. We will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

I recently purchased a 2001 Honda civic from credit cars and i received nothing but excellent customer service from the minute i walked on the lot. Jose and Jeff were very friendly and professional. I feel they were very honest and made sure i understood the whole process and was 100% satisfied with my purchase. When it came to having my car serviced Jeff and Jose where very prompt about getting my car in and getting the repairs handled as quickly as they could. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and would recommend credit cars to my friends, family or anyone who doesnt have outstanding credit but looking to buy a good reliable car!! Purchasing a car with credit cars was relatively easy. I had to have my old car towed in to credit car and they were able to help my find the right car I was looking for. And when it came down to getting insurance they help point me in the right direction for what I need for my new car. I will forever be indebted to them they will never know how but just know they help me out a bunch when it came down to finding a vehicle and getting me back on the road. My sales person was Jose and he was extremely pleasant and helpful. When you buy a used vehicle you dont buy perfection. In my case with my vehicle needed a little extra attention. It was hassle free

Initially I had a great experience. However, it has been almost 2 years since I traded in my old vehicle. Since then Ive incurred 3 toll charges because the title was not transferred appropriately. I paid the first 2 myself, the third is from January 2015, and still has not been paid. Its now going against my credit, which is not helping me improve my credit. Ive called the office repeatedly. Apparently, the check was sent, but returned because it was unsigned. I am fed up with this shitshow. Pay the damn toll for the car you took possession of in August of 2014. Thank you.

After looking at many car lots across the Santa Rosa/Petaluma area we came to Credit Cars. We were a little leery about the place at first but after a chat with the professional sales staff and Owner we felt at home. We took a stroll around the lot and found exactly what we were looking for. After a thorough test drive we decided on the car. The purchasing process was very fast and easy, and we were able to get a good price for the trade in of our old car as a down payment. Talk about easy hassle free buying...even with credit problems. We went in there, (recommended from another car lot I might add) and shared what we had going on, and what we needed. Jeff and Jose were honest and up front, told us exactly what wed need to get into something and what price of car wed need to be looking at in order for us to get the payment we needed. We are now comfortably riding around in our 2003 Chevy Tahoe and loving it! They even fixed a part on the truck that they didnt have to just to make my kids happy campers!! Thanks guys!!
