Sometime in mid November I started looking for a car I found the seller and through offer up I found this car lot. I found a Chrysler that I really liked. They told us that everything was fine with the car and from the outside in look perfect. I made up my mind and decided to buy the car. Within a week the car stared over heating and we took it to a mechanic and thats when we found out that the car had been in a flood and the dealer deleted most of the codes. As of now the car has been in and out of the shop 4 months later. Also it took us about 3 months to get the license plates because they sold us the car when they didnt have the title. At first they told us that they misplaced the title and we should get the plates in a couple days. Then I went back when the permit expired and they told me that the completely lost the title and had to apply for a lost title. They told us that I would take 3 weeks to get a response back. We called the bank because they stopped responding to me and thats when the bank told me that the car didnt belong to them it was still under the name of the previous owner. I was finally able to get the title from them like a week a ago. If youre think about buying a car from them check carefully because they tell you a lot of false information just to get you to buy a car.

I bought a car here nearly a year ago. It had lots of leaks. A little due diligence and its easy to know if its a good car or not. I invested a little in to fixing the leaks and here I am almost a year later still driving it daily. Ive even done 1000+ mile road trips with 7 people in the car. No problem. They were mostly honest and reasonable on price. I do like they just give you the keys to the cars and allow you to go where you want for as long as you want on test drives. They also didnt ride along so I could be alone and really absorb the vehicles condition before I went back to negotiate price. I would by a car here again. You always have to be careful buying used cars no matter where you go. This establishment has some great prices compared to other dealers in the area. The only thing is they dont have a website so you have to go in person to see how much the car you like is. I found mine thru Craigslist. They dont advertise dealer but they do put dlr in the bottom of there ads so you know its a dealer.

I would of gave them negative stars if it was allowed... This is the WORST dealership I have ever bought a car from... I went there on January 3 rd 2017 and bought a Honda, within a week I went to the local tire company to get new tires to find out I had two front ends put together. One side was off at 95 or 96 and the other side was off at 2001. So had to dump money into getting the all the right parts to fix the car. Back to the tire store to to pay another hundred to fix the alignment correctly ( first one was 2 degrees off) As of today its been 45 days since I bought the car and still no title, no tags and plates. I have spent hours calling the dealership with no response, called dnv, called better business bureau, the complaint line of washington state for dealerships and the police. I have no way to fix the problem because they didnt turn in their paperwork.. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP....

I had a great buying experience at Empire Auto today. I met with Moe who showed me a few Nissans they had on the lot. He was very informative and seemed like a straight-shooter. They were more than willing to work within my budget. I did not feel pressured to buy while checking out all the car options, which was very comforting. When it came to actually purchasing the car, the process was painless. From my experience today, I found that these guys were honest and not looking to con anyone. They were transparent about the quality of the cars they had on the lot. I will be recommending Empire Auto to family and friends. Thanks for the great car Empire Auto. ★★★★★ - 5 Stars!

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. I purchased a Chevy Aveo from them because they told me "everything was great my friend" well first dont go on a Thursday because all the salesmen go to an auction and leave the security guard to sell cars. Second the car was in a flood and they chose not to tell me and the front end of the car needed extensive work done. The whole time the salesman kept telling me the owner can help me out, but I seemed to always just miss him. The cars are cheap but unreliable and if someone did get a good one then it must be like getting hit by lightning.

SHADY here. All these cars have major issues I watch the worker Jumpstart a car so someone could test drive it. They post as a personal seller on CRAIGSLIST and never tell u they are a dealership. I went to look at a vw there that they said was in perfect running condition then I when I went to look it was PORING oil and check engine light was on... other cars are keyed up and all the tires look like there gonna blow as soon as u take it on the rd. All bald and cracked haha DONT BUY A CAR HERE!!! They are rude here too.

bought a car with two friend on January 1st, it broke the same day, (problems with the oil pump)... after " fixed" (not for free) it worked for 4 weeks... and then the whole car broke!. so we took it to another auto repair this time. the guys there told us nobody fixed the oil pump, that they just did a temporary fix. we give our adress, but the Title went to their Store, with their adress, with the WRONG NAME!. THERE ARE MANY CAR DEALERS CLOSE BY. avoid this one. Thank me later.

Guys this place is a mess, very dishonest salesman, theres a guy named Jamal employed there that is a complete foreign moron and idiot at best. I mean come on who are they fooling here? They will sell you a car without an engine and tell you "there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car" Also beware that there staff are giving good reviews on here, They should call this place junk auto INC!!

My daughter just bought a car from there two weeks ago. Car broke down in two days (bad motor). Got it towed there because they said theyd replace it Tuesday (when they went to auction). Now they wont answer the phone and the car is back in their possession. Luckily I live out of state, or Id be there to get her money back! Dont buy from them unless you have money to throw away!

I bought a car from this horrible car lot my car broke down two days later called them & they never answered at all I needed the car to be towed & they didnt care at all if anyone is thinking of getting a car from here I highly suggest NOT TO CHOOSE THIS ONE they will lie to you and tell you simple things are wrong when they know its not
