Currently, I am co-PTA President at Rock Springs Elementary and have also been on various PTA committees at the school for several years. With Chris, Kim and their staff, anything I request to be done whether it be copies for our Friday Folders, labels for fundraising reminders, posters to announce all of our PTA events, signage to announce events to the community, or whatever our many needs are that help support our school, gets done quickly, efficiently and always with the highest quality. They offer great Customer Service which is so important to me as I am running in different directions all the time but I know I can count on them to help with anything we need. Their business etiquette and experience is a plus and it is a pleasure working with them. I look forward to our continued working relationship as we get ready to enter another school year.

Working with Chris, Kim, Nicole and the gang is like having our own personal print and design shop at our disposal. We are a small NCAA Division III conference office and have used the UPS store for the production of championship banners, programs and posters in addition to company stationary, envelopes and business cards. We also often need to ship items across the conference in a timely manner - items that are often fragile and difficult to pack (i.e. - trophies) - and the UPS store always comes through with flying colors on that front as well. In short, Chris and the crew at the UPS store have become an integral part of our business operation and we appreciate everything they do for us. Give them a try for your next project; you wont be disappointed.

Chris & his staff at the UPS store on Lawrenceville - Suwanee Rd have provided me with great value in the service they provide at the price they charge. It is like having my own "concierge" for my business. I can call Chris, tell him what I am looking for and his team can put me on the track to getting that done... without me having to spend hours trying to find the right person to talk to or path to take? I get to spend those hours running my business instead! Try to be quick and concise, not much for writing reviews, but felt compelled after using the reviews to find this location. I was very skeptical about the score for this location. Every other UPS Store in the area had 3.5 star rating at best. How could they possibly have managed a 4.9 star rating, with about 50 reviewers, without buying reviews? Well, this is how.....the staff here.... theyre just AWESOME. Im somewhat of a novice when it comes to online sales, but these guys had me covered. They were able to better educate me on logistics coordination, and helped me ship my item for a much cheaper rate than expected. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH LITTLE HASSLE, GO HERE. Just sayin.

We were looking for a solution to getting our mail while on an overseas assignment. Kim and Chris suggested we open a mailbox at their store and forward our mail there. Every two weeks they collect our mail and ship it overseas for us. This is a great service to us. We never worry about a thing. When we are home on visits our mail is handed to us as we walk in the door as the employees all remember our faces even though we are gone months at a time. The customer service here is second to none. There is a closer "mail" store near our house, but it is worth the drive to come to this store. You will be very happy with how you are treated.

I rely on Chris and the gang to print my weekly newsprint we deliver to restaurants all over Gwinnett County called The Laughable News. Obviously, the quality has to be there along with the logistics of getting the editions handled properly. Since my business requires thousands of impressions weekly, and this is no small task, everyone there does a superb job in getting our editions out and out on time. My business address is also at this location, and has been for years. Every time I go to pick up my packages and mail, I know everything is handled professionally. Here is my chance to thank each and every one of support staff!

I am a VP of an athletic association, CHAA. All of the people responsible for running our sports programs are Volunteers. We rely on efficient service, as this is like a non-paid, 2nd job for the individuals. Chris, Kim and their entire staff have been incredible since we started doing business there four years ago. They provide us PO Box services, as well as an array of printing services. We use banners to promote our sponsors at our athletic fields, and we have always received "professional/high-quality" products from their team! I used the UPS Store for my sons graduation banner. They provided outstanding customer service and a beautiful finished product. The best part of the experience is they took all the stress out of it. The process of ordering the sign was fast and easy. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and even showed me some examples. Before they printed the sign, they emailed it to me for edits and approval. During a peak business time for them, they were able to turn the product around in a few days. I have used them for many of my printing needs and they have always delivered outstanding and reliable service with a smile.

Chris Davies and everyone at this store has been SO good to our sports programs. I rarely know exactly what I want but I just call these guys with a brief description of what my vision is for a need I have and they always seem to know exactly what to do for me. They are super easy to work with, have never told me they could not do any task I put before them and get all of my jobs done in a very efficient manner (and I have on many occasions given them little notice). I have him do everything for our youth and high school football programs - from banners to yard signs to our PO Box. Not much this store cannot do!

I own an awards and engraving business and have used Chris & Kims UPS store for years. Since they provide a business address for receiving shipments and an always-there presence, they can receive shipments from my suppliers and hold them until I pick them up. During our busy season, those shipments can be sizable, but they handle the volume with a smile and an offer to help. The positive service and attitude of their entire staff is directly related to Chris and Kims attention to detail and desire to make sure that everything is right. I consider them to be an extension of my operation.

I have been working with this UPS store for years as my business address, mail drop and business receiving site. I use the store and its excellent staff as an extension of my own companys administration dept. They do all our promotional mailings both the actual mailing as well as the prints. They do most of our print jobs. We are very satisfied with all the jobs they have ever done and we love the personal feeling and support of everyone at the store. We love doing business with Kim & Chris and the staff at this location
